Discover the secrets of fresh Italian pasta, guided by our professional chef as you prepare two traditional Tuscan pasta shapes: Tagliatelle and Pici. Learn how to create the perfect dough, roll it out by hand, and finish it with authentic local sauces. 5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class and wine tasting. The Chef was adapt at training novice pasta makers!! They had a process set up so that small groups got sufficient attention even while they accommodated large groups. The meal we had was very good and we were extremely full when we were finished. We enjoyed hearing about the history and transformation of the winery.

4.00We loved the cooking education provided by Alfonso. We enjoyed the lunch accompanied by many oils and wines from Agricola Poggio Ai Laghi. At the end you will be offered a chance to buy some.
