Provider didn't pick us up at the promised location. TripAdvisor sent us a message that they replaced this tour with Hop-on/Hop-off, which we didn't ask. Complete disaster in this tour management. Don't recommend to anybody

I felt little cheated. I signed up for guided tour but what we got was hop on hop off ride. I almost decided to call and file complaints but decided to let it go.

Our tour was supposed to be a guided tour. It was changed the prior evening to a 48 hour hop on hop off bus voucher. While the trolley guide shared a lot of good information I think we missed out on what we could have learned at some of the stops.

The tour was great however the trolley wouldn’t slow down enough for us to take pics of certain landmarks… Loved Braeden he even took us over to Granville Island entrance to show us where to go… Very great experience for being here for the first time

Friendly helpful and clearly knowledgeable driver/guide. Took us to some interesting places which would have been difficult to get to via public transport

Very interesting. Good choice of route. Our guide Fernando gave us a lot information. As a non-English-speaking person we missed some of the information. Maybe he spoke too fast.

Mark was an excellent tour guide, he gave us a lot of interesting information about the city and its history. We got to see all the highlights of the town and even stopped for photo ops and enough time for lunch in Granville. Highly recommended.
