Just don't do it again! He doesn't speak French at all. On the highway, just enough time to go to the bathroom, he left without us. Not friendly at all. Not a minute of waiting. At 1254 hours, the bus departed instead of 1155 hours. Very disappointed 😞

I wouldn't go back again. For schoenbrunn and hofburg, in addition to not providing a complete visit, requires booking the time by going to the ticket office, you risk not finding a seat and having to return again (returning to schoenbrunn is uncomfortable). Most museums are free for children so their pass is quite unnecessary. Hop on hop off buses make few stops. I mean, I wasted money instead of saving.

Had a terrible and disappointing experience with use of the Vienna Pass. Bought the Vienna Flexi Pass for 4 attractions during my Dec 2025 visit but didnt get to follow through with my attraction visits as planned. Please note that the Vienna pass is NOT a ticjet into the attractions! You need to exchange it for the attractions. Was denied entry into the Sisi Museum as there was no more tickets left for the day and the day after...a complete disappointment.

The children's flexi pass is not recommended, the museums for children are practically free. It is not recommended for seniors who still pay less in museums. It does not include the imperial palace in schonbrunn, also often has to be converted into tickets. Much to improve an abyss compared to the new York pass.

I bought the Vienna Pass to visit four specific attractions during my stay in Vienna. Two of them were completely “sold out” for two days, something that is never noticed on their website, even in high season. If I knew, I wouldn't have bought the card. I had to use other attractions just to not lose the money, despite not being interested. Customer service offered no real solutions or fair compensation. Lack of transparency, poor management and an experience that spoiled part of my trip. I do not recommend the Vienna Pass.

We took the flexi pass for 2 days because my mother-in-law walks with a walker. We bought 2 attractions / museums and you could take a boat trip. We loved it. We loved it. Almost all 3 routes looked at so we also came outside the center. I thought it was a great way to see this city.

Definitely not again!! The visit to Schönbrunn Palace was so slimmed down and contains only a measly part of the entire area. A cheek not to state that clearly. Everything had extra costs

We have to evaluate well whether it is worth it. You can end up getting fed up with seeing things and not enjoying the city well to pay the expense. Tickets to the sights are reasonably priced and you get discounted with the city transport card. High price in order to be repaid

We bought a two-day vienna pass and could only enjoy one as the second day we wanted to go to Hofburg Palace and it was closed. They didn’t give us any explanation or solution about it, they didn’t even give us this information when we were in the office making our reservation for the opera. Totally disappointed with this service and how unresolving they have been when we were 5 people and made a disbursement of 560 €!!!!!!

Unfortunately, with the Flexipass, the Schönbrunn Palace only a few rooms, only a few empty rooms, the most important was the apartments of the highnesses we were not allowed to view. I guess this is a total rip-off. We are disappointed.
