What To Expect
Ponte 25 de Abril
Marvel at one of Europe's most iconic suspension bridges, stretching majestically over the Tagus River and connecting Lisbon to the south bank. Built in 1966 and strikingly similar to San Francisco's Golden Gate, this beloved landmark offers breathtaking views of the city, the river and the towering Cristo Rei statue watching over it all.
Cristo Rei, Almada
Stand at the feet of one of Portugal's most iconic monuments, a towering statue of Christ with arms outstretched over the Tagus River and the city of Lisbon beyond. Take the lift to the viewing platform and be rewarded with one of the most spectacular panoramas in the country, stretching from the Ponte 25 de Abril all the way to the Serra da Arrábida. The entry is not included and costs a total of 8EUR per person.
