We had an excellent trip from start to finish. Jordan horizons took care of all the details and kept in touch with us from our entry point until we were safely back across the border. We felt well taken care of the entire time. We saw amazing sites, and our guides and our driver helped to make sure that we got the most out of our experience. Amjad Hlalat provided clear, updated information prior to booking the trip, and I feel completely confident as we began our journey.

After almost 30 years of wanting to visit Petra I got the opportunity to visit with a friend in April. From the booking experience to the tour itself we were really impressed with the service. As promised, we were met at the airport, assisted with the visa process and then taken to meet our wonderful driver/guide Jehad. Jehad was funny, attentive and knowledgeable and greatly added to our enjoyment of the tour. The whole tour was fantastic, with the days in Wadi Rum and Petra being our highlights. If you are including the Dead Sea in your tour we would strongly advise you to upgrade to a proper resort hotel for the day. The Dead Sea resort included in our tour turned out to be access to showers and a basic restaurant on the public beach. We immediately asked to upgrade to a resort hotel paid an additional fee of approx £20 each and this request was handled immediately and efficiently. This was well worth it as once you’ve seen the Dead Sea and has a float around that’s pretty much it! At least at the Hilton hotel we were able to use the pools and other facilities for the day. All in all we had a most memorable trip and would thoroughly recommend Classic Wadi Rum Tours.

We booked a 3 day, 2 night tour package, picking up in Amman, and visiting Petra and Wadi Rum. We couldn't have been happier with our driver and our tour leaders. All were friendly, accommodating and experienced. Our tour guide, Mamoun Al Nawafleh, at Petra, was encyclopedic in knowledge. It was like walking with a university professor. Oh wait, he was a professor and has written many peer reviewed and published documents about Petra. He was amazing. Our driver who met us at each location was so comfortable to be with. He was friendly but not over bearing. A good driver and very interested in us as well as giving of information of his life and culture. The jeep guide at Wadi Rum was very friendly and we enjoyed the comfortable over night accommodations at the Bedouin camp. See it now, before it becomes overly commercialized. You get the feeling that the Wadi Rum experience is soon to become only a tourist attraction and culturally just a memory. Thank you to Andrea of Classic Wadi Rum tours for your coordination and excellent communication while we planned, confirmed and enjoyed your tours.

My friend and I (two females) booked this trip for our first ever time to Jordan- and it was incredible. This tour company made our trip so very special- the drivers were incredibly hospitable, easy going, funny, and flexible to our needs. The tour guide we had for Petra, Sammy, was so knowledgeable and provided us with so much history we would have otherwise missed. The drivers we had (Issam and Musa) for airport transfers and to the Wadi Rum desert were professional and so kind. Hisham, who was our guide for the bulk of our time, went above and beyond in his help to make our trip worthwhile- everything from a last minute change to the Turkish baths in Wadi Musa and a trip to Jerash- he was so thoughtful, funny, and helpful. The accommodations in Petra and Wadi Rum were also wonderful. Mohammed was so responsive and quick to answer our questions before and during our trip and the booking process. I would highly recommend using this company!!!

When the pre-tour information about crossing the border from Eilat to Jordan included a photograph of what the crossing would look like after we exited Israel before we got to the Jordan border, we knew CWRT have thought out the details of all parts of the tour. And they had. Wadi Rum and Petra were both spectacular and CWRT made the trip as smooth as it could be. When we arrived in Jordan from Israel, we were given a phone to use if there were any problem and to call for pick up when we finished at Petra. That allowed us flexibility to explore Petra after we finished with our guide. The drivers were all prompt and gave us impromptu touring information as we drove between the border and Wadi Rum and Petra. Be prepared to scramble in and out of the 4X4 for the Wadi Rum tour, but the landscapes were well worth every bit of climbing. The camp in Wadi Rum was both comfortable and sited beautifully. We were in Petra for a day, which gave us an opportunity for an overview, but there is much more to explore if you chose to stay another day. We would definitely recommend CWRT for touring in Jordan.

We had a great 3 day tour with Classic Wadi Rum tours. Everything happened exactly as scheduled and our driver was very pleasant and considerate. We particularly enjoyed our wonderful tour of Petra and our excellent guide Sammy. The overnight Bedouin camp was pretty good, the evening entertainments were fun. Hot water wouldn’t have gone amiss though! Thank you for being so well organised and responsive to emails etc. The price was reasonable considering everything that was included.

We did the 3 day/2 night Wadi Rum and Petra tour. Everything was exactly as described, which took the worry out of our trip (we were 6 people traveling including 2 kids and 2 seniors, so we wanted to have things planned out ahead of time). We wanted to spend a night in Aqaba, and this was no problem--we were met at the border crossing and transferred to our hotel, picking up the tour the next day. They were also very responsive to questions and concerns, and helpful with advice in making our final plans. Our driver Mohammed was professional and was happy to answer our questions about his country. His van was comfortable and clean, and he was always on time. There was even wifi we could use while en route. Our guides in Wadi Rum and Petra (Mahmoud) were excellent and knowledgeable. Our guide in Wadi Rum took us around for longer than the 5-6 hour tour we were promised, which was really nice, since our whole family loved the experience. We enjoyed our stay at Beyond Wadi Rum Camp that evening as well. Our hotel in Wadi Musa (Sharah Mountains) was also as described. We chose to visit Petra over 2 days, rather than do another guided hike, and were happy with this choice. We went early the second day, and it was really nice to see Petra when it wasn't so crowded, as well as to hike up to the Monastery in the cooler morning. We were very pleased with their service, and would recommend them to anyone considering a similar trip.

We booked over the internet uncomplicated the excursion Wadi Rum and Petra. All visa matters and transfers have been settled. At the border we were picked up and driven to Wadi Rum.There we enjoyed a jeep tour with a funny guide. At noon there was a great lunch at the camp, then followed part two of the safari in a dreamlike setting. The Bedouin camp stood in front of an impressive rock face, The tents were very comfortable. Dinner from the earth oven was very delicious. The next day in Petra we admire ,accompanied by the charming guide, culture and nature. On day three we hiked from Little Petra via the monastery to the treasure house. Our guide Rakad knew a lot about Jordan. We arrived at the border on time. CONCLUSION:We highly recommend this Enterprise. The price-performance ratio was unbeatable. Thanks for the great time 😃
