5.00I traveled with this operator this November. I was very pleased with the trip and returned home happy. It turned out that I lost my bag at the airport. It was a shock and horror, but I called and they helped me find the bag. Four days later, at the airport, they returned the bag to me and everything was in its place. They are very honest, kind people. I wanted to give them a gift, but they refused. They helped me as a friend. Thank them very much. This never happens in life. They are unique people.
