The boat ride through the wetlands was beautiful, and spotting the rare Shoebill stork up close was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Nungi Safaris for anyone visiting Uganda!

The highlight, of course, was seeing the legendary Shoebill Stork in its natural habitat. We glided quietly through the papyrus channels on a canoe, surrounded by breathtaking scenery, as Amos and the local guide expertly spotted a wide range of bird species. Apart from the Shoebill, we saw colorful kingfishers, herons, jacanas, cormorants, and many others. His ability to identify each bird and share fascinating facts made the trip even more special. 5.00Honestly bird watching is not my hobby but I had to join my friends for this shoebil tour with amos. After watching so many other small birds while in the swam, I can tell you that, it's never too late to love something. Watching the shoebill hunt in the swam was such an amazing thing for me. As a beginner in birding, I fell in love with everything: from travelling on the boat canoes to watching the bird. Amos and the team were very professional and took care of me who was just learning the birds for the first time... I would highly recommend this team because I left the tour with so many memories of the birds and would wish to travel more with them on a birding
