Once we have arrived, your guide will escort you to the main lodge. Then, it is directly to the ski rental shop to “get fitted” with the proper sized ski equipment and wear. Once finished, your guide will distribute and activate your lift tickets and point out the different slopes and entrances to the various lifts, as well as places to have lunch or take breaks. Then, it is time to “hit the slopes” and enjoy a day of skiing. For those tour members taking “complete beginner” ski lessons, your guide will escort you to your ski school area and help get you checked in for the ski lesson. Once your 2 hour ski lesson has concluded, you can practice (on your own) all the ski techniques you have learned. You are free to practice skiing until 16:30. Guests/skiers will be able to use their time on the slopes however they wish. There is no set time for lunch or when to “take breaks”. Each guest will be responsible for when, where and for how long to take a lunch break.
5 hours of skiing at each guests/skiers discretion
If purchased: optional two-hour beginner ski lesson.
Your guide will be on-site during the entire ski day to answer any questions or concerns.

The adventure was fantastic and as advertised. Our tour guide, Scott Edmond, was professional, knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful. He is a native English speaker and fluent in Japanese. He guided us from the beginning of the tour using both the local train and bus lines to travel to/from the ski resort. As we traveled, Scott San pointed out several interesting locations and provided a brief history. This made the experience more enjoyable. At the ski resort the staff was knowledgeable and helpful in outfitting us with ski rental equipment for the day. We took ski lessons and the ski instructor was professional and knowledgeable. The snow was fantastic! When we return in the future we will to ask for Scott San to be our tour guide.
