This was an unforgettable tour with an amazing guide, Som, highly recommended. Som was very attentive to us throughout the activity filled day and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best tour that included everything as advertised, no skipping regardless of the time slipping slightly over because of the extras we decided to do along the way like ziplining

This experience was a wonderful one and shouldn’t be missed! Our guide Chansay was friendly, spoke great English and was very knowledgeable. Despite it being quite a rainy day, we still made wonderful memories and our guide ensured that we got to experience the beauty of this magical place. Very much appreciated him taking photos of us along the way and airdropping them to us. It was great and refreshing being able to swim in one of the Blue Lagoons and very interesting seeing food available in the local markets. The cave we visited was incredible and lunch at a local restaurant was delicious. Thank you also to our wonderfully skilled driver who got us to each place safely. I was a bit sorry to have missed the long boat, and although Chansay was willing for us to go, the growing rain would have made it a little uncomfortable – next time perhaps! Do yourself a favour and book this trip – you won’t regret it!

My guide Som was a star 🌟. He and his driver Bong picked me up at my hotel (nice, clean electric car) and we drove to Vang Viet. Conversation was easy, as much or as little as I wanted. We saw caves, mountains, lagoons, elephants, I zip lined, long tail boated and swum. Som took great care of me, but we could have a laugh too. As a solo traveler it was nice to feel that I was sharing the experience with someone.

i traveled to Vang Vieng with my two sisters last Oct 31st 2025 and we really enjoyed the tour. But what made it special was our tour guide Chansey who was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. He brought us to many places and even treated us for coffee. We were able to taste good Laos food too. To highlight our trip was our HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE where Chansey was able to book us even thou we didnt have any reservation. I highly recommend this tour and take CHANSEY AS YOUR TOUR GUIDE. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Thanks to Chansey for making memories of VANG VIENG LAOS

Our guide Chansay was amazing!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Laos. He was able to make detours for us and was very accommodating of everything we wanted and didn’t want to do. It was extremely easy to communicate with him and he made the experience very enjoyable!! The caves were very cool sites to explore and the blue lagoon was beautiful. Strongly recommend this tour!

The trip to the beautiful Vian Vieng area was wonderful, it is worth the 9-10 hours to fully experience the region of mountains, rivers, and caves. My guide was Chansay, he is very knowledgeable about history, plants, geography and customs of that Lao region. The tour can be tailored to fit your needs and interests and can include boating, swimming, hiking, local cuisine, etc. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic day with Chansay. He was waiting for us at the agreed time (9am), and then when driving out, he provided us the day’s itinerary and the options, giving us lots of time to decide our preferences. Then we had as much time as we liked at our chosen places, never felt rushed. From Vientiane we traveled to Vang Vieng and went to two different caves (both stunning), then on for a delicious lunch, some swimming at the Blue Lagoon, then a slow boat ride and then back to hotel by 7pm. We were both very tired, happy and determined to visit Vang Vieng again with more time! I highly recommend this tour

Great day. The team, Chansay and Pong ( driver), were friendly, informative and great to spend the day with. Nothing was rushed and we were able to flex the plans as the weather impacted the original plans. But it was a valued day for us

We loved the tour. Our tour guide Noy picked us up from the hotel. We were the only people so it became like a private tour for us. Noy is knowledgeable about the country’s sights, historical landmarks, especially the areas we went to. He shared with us some information about Vang Vieng and about Laos past history. We tried asking some modern history questions (perhaps sensitive?), but I guess it’s not always possible for every guide to share such information. The tour includes visiting two caves and a boat tour. For us the highlight of the trip was the boat tour with beautiful scenery. Maybe two caves was a little too much for us. But both are beautiful places. The Blue lagoon is way too touristy. Our lunch stop was at “Oh Lala” restaurant, we liked the food. Fish soup was surprisingly delicious, and I don’t like fish soup at all. :) A few suggestions to improve: Overall the trip was good, but it felt a bit rushed to go from one place to another. We returned to the hotel by 5, which is 1 hour shorter than “promised”. 1) It would be better to give some free time at the Blue lagoon to do Zipline activity at own expense instead. 2) Maybe some activity or small hike around the caves would be good too.
