My Mum and I (visiting from The Netherlands) had a great time with Anna and driver Andreas. We saw many beautiful spots and photo oppertunities, heard about the history of Cyprus and other stories. Anna made sure everyone was comfortable, she was knowledgeable and funny. Her love for Cyprus is infectious and understandable as we found the country wonderful, people welcoming and the 100% Cyprus tour up the Troodos mountain an absolute must. The rock of Aphrodite, the landscape and the waterfall are stunning and I very much enjoyed the lovely villages and the visit including tasting at the winery. I can't recommend this tour enough to anyone thinking of visiting to Paphos.

We set off for the mountains in good sunny weather, but by the time we reached our first stop the heavens had opened. We had torrential rain all day that only eased as we approached Paphos on our return mid afternoon. We were lucky though as we had an excellent driver called Costas who got us through the flooded roads safely and an amazing, very knowledgeable and funny tour rep called Anna. Those two could have done nothing more to make our day bearable. We had a very interesting commentary from Anna who described sites and places we couldn’t see due to the misted up windows and the driving rain. I now know a lot more about Cypriot history, villages and climate. The wine tasting stop was very informative and the sampling very much appreciated as was the marge fire where we could dry ourselves a little. Thanks Costas and Anna I don’t think you could do anymore.

Our group had a fantastic day with Anna, our guide. She provided an honest, enthusiastic and informative tour of some of sights around the coast near Paphos and villages in the foothills of the Troodos Mountains. Some walking was required but at a leisurely pace. Andreas was our very safe and courteous driver. I learnt more about life in Cyprus than I have on five previous trips. Thank you.

We really enjoyed this tour! Everything was very well organized. Special thanks to our wonderful guide, Galina! The atmosphere in the group was very pleasant, and the group itself was small, which made the experience especially comfortable. We would also like to highlight the attentive driver and the well-planned itinerary. The program was perfectly balanced, combining guided parts with enough free time to explore on our own. We also received great recommendations on where to have a good coffee and enjoy a meal. The tour was informative, easy-going, and definitely worth the money. 100% recommended!

Pick up 8.40 near hotel, travelled to Aphrodite rock where there is a walkway under the road to the beach - a bit uneven but easy to negotiate. Next stop Lofou village - slow walk down steps to centre where there are several cafes, lovely views also. Walk up incline back to minibus. Next stop Millomeris Waterfall - walk down steps and walkway to fall then back up again, not so easy with limited mobility but doable! Next stop Lambouri Winery - excellent variety of wines to try and buy if you wish. Next stop Omodos and monestry - small village so easy enough to walk around. Lovely taverna for lunch (great portions and reasonably priced), bakery, souvenir shops, local produce. Overall great trip with excellent guide, go at your own pace, not rushed at all. Was a bit worried as have limited mobility using walking stick and husband has asthma, but both found it relatively easy walking. Plenty of time at all stops, wc, coffee shops at all stops too. Would recommend.

Whilst taking a whole day, the stops at points of interest were frequent and our small group, of 20 or so, were quickly off and on our air conditioned minibus, keeping delays and waiting times to a minimum. Our guide, Anna (English, but half Cypriot) was a mine of information about the history, the legends, nature, local life and customs of Cyprus, and her amplified commentary was clear, informative and easy on the ears. A couple of the stops required long flights of steps to be negotated, so might prove difficult for the less ambulant, but would not detract significantly from the day trip. We stopped briefly at one mountain village for morning coffee and a walk round, and then a longer stop at a slightly larger place for lunch. We managed to avoid the touristy cafes in the main square and had a lovely home-cooked lunch at a restaurant, frequented by the locals, in a back street. We were made welcome at the LionSpirit winery where we tasted a variety of wine, including a blue wine, and delicious olive oil. The wines were described by a young woman, who had good english, and there was no obligation to buy or hard sell. Some of the mountiain roads were steep and winding, subject to rock falls, and with sheer drops, but our driver, Lambrdos, drove impeccably, delivering us back to our hotel at the time we were expecting.

Pick up was as scheduled, and Anna our guide made sure we were comfortable before we set off. Great way to spend a day out to see some Authentic less touristy parts of the Island, a bit of everything thrown into one trip - Feel that we had enough time at most stops. We were so lucky with the weather on the day of our trip. The highlights for us were : Aphrodite's Rock : (Stunning place, and even more so when the Sun is shining on it) Lofou : is a lovely little village thats so pretty & unspoilt, but needs a bit of tourism to keep it going (Only place I would have prefered a little more time!) Millomeris Waterfall : Although you don't need much time there, the place is beautiful and worth the effort of the small amount of steps leading to it. Anna was so helpful and always checking everyone was happy and comfortable and has an immense amount of knowledge on the Island and we didn't once feel unsafe on the winding tight roads, the driver did an excellent job. All in all a excellent way to spend a day and would recommend it.
