Philip was an excellent tour guide. I learned so much throughout the day and got to see a lot. The conservation center was amazing and we got to see so many of the animals. The pictures Philip took for us came out so good as well.

I had heard about the tour through another coworker and was overall very pleased with the sites and adventure. Saw a number of beautiful views, animals and the pleasure of a great tour guide (Aaron). His positive attitude and general knowledge of every site visited made the tour even more amazing. What was great was seeing him be excited for sights he’s seen all his life which means his passion for the area showed and was very inviting. I will recommend this tour to other coworkers in the future.

We were a bit underwhelmed by the experience. Wildlife encounters were limited to the wilderness park (zoo) which was nice but not what we were expecting. The tour was well run and Sunshine the guide was good and informative. The boat trip was the best part of the tour with some lovely scenery and a close look at the glacier.

It was our first “taste” of Alaska and our tour guide, Philip, did a great job showing us around. He did his best to find wildlife and beautiful spots to take pictures. It was a great day!

Our guide was PATRICK and he was fabulous! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, helpful, attentive, and made the entire experience unforgettable. The location of course also helped, the view of the Portage Glacier were perfect and that part of the tour is highly recommended! In fact I think the trip would miss a lot if we hadn't gone to the Glacier tour. The day before, we did the 26-glacier tour out of Whittier. In hindsight that was too long and exhausting. The Portage Glacier tour is much more interesting, you get much closer to the glacier, and the views are equivalent.
