Vietnam had been intriguing to me for a long time, but before leaving I didn’t know quite what to expect. Thanks to our travel consultant My Dinh, everything was arranged with great care and attention. I want to emphasize that he never imposed choices, but he built with us a tailor-made itinerary, fully respecting our interests: a truly personalized experience. Throughout the trip we always felt confident: we had punctual pickups, well-organized guides and drivers and a clear and detailed daily schedule. We started from the north, visiting Hanoi and living a unique experience eating in front of the rails, with the train passing a few centimeters: incredible! Halong Bay was simply spectacular and magical, sailing among the islets in a surreal atmosphere. The staff of the Garden Bay Cruise was impeccable: always helpful, kind and professional. Continuing towards Hoi An, we had authentic experiences in the local villages: bike ride, paper flower processing and traditional prints, very special moments. Finally the south, with Saigon: the Cu Chi tunnels and the War Museum were very exciting. Also hard and touching to see, but extremely informative and important to understand the history of the country. All our guides were fantastic, especially Nguyễn Hữu Nhân, Phương Anh and Chiara, who made every visit even more interesting and engaging❣️ I can’t wait to go back to Vietnam to continue exploring it and would no doubt still rely on Izitour and his fantastic staff.

We made a personalized trip, a group of 6 people, with continuous assistance, comfortable private vehicles (mini vans), and trained and affable guides. Vietnam was a beautiful discovery: the landscapes, food, customs and smile of the Vietnamese remained in our hearts. Congratulations to the impeccable organization! Vietnam

Izitour.com is one of the best tour you can count on if not the best when you come to Vietnam. They really can accommodate to your needs and very flexible programs, schedules, Hotels, langages and can answers to all your questions. They even communicate with them during your travel and offer support till the end. If you want to experience Vietnam with your family without having to plan everything on your own. Would recommend the 5 stars hotels if you can pay the difference. 4 stars still great but have some small issues. Example. Eden Star Hotel is a great 4 stars hotel but the sounds isolation between rooms is not the best. Don’t be afraid to ask for changes. They will try their best to help and make your stay worth while. Our planner Lien was very hard working and stayed with us through all the process. Can’t thank her enough since we had many many requests and she delivered.
