This package includes two excursions in Ushuaia and two in El Calafate, which can be done on separate days (not necessarily consecutive). While in Ushuaia, you’ll explore Tierra del Fuego National Park and enjoy a scenic Beagle Channel Navigation. In El Calafate, discover the majestic Perito Moreno Glacier and savor a traditional Patagonian dinner at the historic Estancia 25 de Mayo.

Please note that transfers between Ushuaia and El Calafate are not included. The order of the activities is flexible and can be adjusted according to your itinerary.

Day 1

Ushuaia

Canal Beagle

Travelers will board a catamaran at Ushuaia’s port and sail along the famous Beagle Channel. Along the way, they will pass by Alicia Island to observe a colony of South American sea lions, then continue to Bird Island, home to various seabird species including cormorants. The navigation also includes a close-up view of the iconic Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse. Passengers will enjoy panoramic views of the snow-capped Andes, remote islands, and the southernmost tip of the continent.

Parque Nacional Tierra del Fuego

The tour includes scenic stops at Ensenada Bay, where visitors can admire Redonda and Estorbo Islands, as well as Lapataia Bay and Roca Lake. Perito Moreno Glacier

This full-day boat expedition departs from Puerto Bandera and navigates across Lake Argentino to some of Patagonia’s most impressive glaciers. Travelers will marvel at the towering Spegazzini Glacier, the vast Upsala Glacier (viewed from a safe distance due to icebergs), and others within the Spegazzini Channel. The modern vessel features spacious indoor seating and open decks for unobstructed glacier views. Guides on board provide informative commentary during the journey.

Estancia 25 de Mayo

Guests will be welcomed to Estancia 25 de Mayo, a historic Patagonian ranch just outside El Calafate. The experience begins with a short guided tour of the main house and surrounding grounds, followed by a traditional dinner featuring regional specialties such as Patagonian lamb cooked over open flame. This authentic rural evening includes cultural insights, warm hospitality, and meal served in a cozy, rustic dining room. Transfers to and from the estancia are included.
