Hotel rooms are designed for 1-4 guests, offering: Two Full/Double beds OR one King/Queen bed (based on availability) .
You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned: 7:00 AM at Red Lobster, Times Square--5 Times Sq #5, New York, NY 10036.
Discounted tour rates apply to the 3rd and 4th guests sharing the same room. Admission fees, service fees, and other mandatory costs apply to all travelers at full price.
For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.
Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. However, for certain winter departures that may use vehicles such as minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.
For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a valid and reachable phone number is required for participants.

3.00This tour was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. There were three children among the participants, and they were crying almost the entire time. The first day involved a 9-hour bus ride, followed by the same 9-hour return trip – all with constant noise, making it impossible to rest or enjoy the journey. The bus Wi-Fi was practically useless, with slow or no connection most of the time. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was set far too high, making the bus uncomfortably cold for hours on end. Overall, the trip was exhausting, stressful, and nothing like the pleasant experience I had hoped for. No kids sgould be allow in these lonf trip and people with movement problems.
Watch out for the upsell.

3.00Booked the Niagara Falls 2 day trip via Viator. Sammy Chan and the driver Taylor were great, however there was heavy upsell of optional items which was not mandatory. You feel pressured to buy the extras which are not part of the mandatory experience. This needs to be made clear to the customers as “optional” only, especially if cash is the only form of payment.

5.00Great tour ,,would do it again, spectacular trip to Watkins Glens trail , finger lakes, and Niagara Falls. The tour guide was great! The bus driver was very friendly. You’re able to leave your items in the overhead in the bus while you go out of the bus ride for tours, which was great do you didn’t have to carry it with you while checking out the sights. The only downside was the bus ride it was noisy. Little girl behind me kicking my chair and screaming, her mother put a movie on her cell phone with it blasting, and other passengers hogging up the aisles , taking stuff out of their belongings from the overhead while other people were waiting to get off the bus. The other downside was the choices of place to eat, pack a lunch if possible. Overall the experience was great and it was a packed experience for the price.
