What To Expect
Tbilisi – Signagi – Velistsikhe – Kvareli – Telavi
Accommodations
Overnight: 3 star hotel in Telavi
Sighnaghi
Pick up from the hotel and departure to Kakheti region. Your first stop is Signagi – a town surrounded by 18th century city wall with defensive fortifications.
Take a short walk in Signagi and afterwards drive to Velistsikhe to visit local wine cellar and museum of Numisi, the oldest wine cellar in Kakheti, dating back to 16th century. Have a wine tasting of red and white Kvevri wines.
Tunnel Winery Khareba's
Continue to Kvareli town and visit a wine cellar located in a tunnel dug out of the flank of Caucasus Mountains and taste wines made according to European methods of wine-making. The temperature in the Tunnel stays ideally at 12-14 degrees throughout the year. It consists of two main tunnels, which are linked by 13 galleries. The wine cellar is used to store wines by Winery Khareba.

Tsinandali Palace
After breakfast continue exploration of Kakheti. First drive to Tsinandali town and visit the residence of the 19th c. Kakheti nobleman, poet and public figure, Alexander Chavchavadze. Take an excursion in house-museum and taste a glass of finest Tsinandali cellar wine.
Shumi Winery
Our next wine stop is Shumi Winery, located in the village of Tsinandali, just a five-minute walk from the Chavchavadze Estate. Shumi features a small wine museum and a wine garden. During our visit, we'll sample three varieties of wine.
Chubini Wine Cellar
Our tour continues with a visit to the Chubini family winery. Here, you'll get to taste three different types of wines and learn about the winemaking process from a local family. Enjoy the flavors and hospitality of the Chubini family as you explore their vineyard and sample their wines.
Tbilisi
In the evening, arrive to Tbilisi, drop of to the hotel.

The landscapes of Kakheti and hospitality of places we visited turned this into one of the most unforgettable and authentic experiences of the country. 5.00I would like to thank the team for their help making my trip to Georgia so smooth and as easy to arrange as possible, while working with the covid restrictions around the world. Nothing I asked for was ever an issue. From allowing me to change my mind 3 or 4 times in the planning process, to arranging a PCR in the hotel was great, everything was just brilliant from the planning team, they went above and beyond my needs. My tour guide, was a true champion, he took time to get to know me and made small adjustments to the tour so that they were tailored to exactly what I wanted. I really wanted to get to know the feel of the country and understand some of the culture, I really feel that happened over my 4 day touring around Georgia. Over all you have all been truly amazing and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any friend who wished to travel to Georgia in the future. After seeing many of my photo's I put up on Social media, I think you will have some of my friends booking with you once Australians are allowed to travel again in 2022. I will be in touch again to book my next trip soon, thinking Svaneti and the mountain regions next time. I love your beautiful countryside, traditions, history and culture

5.00Georgian holidays mad my holiday stress free. Very reliable and professional. Booked airport transfers with them as well. Jonni was my guide for the 2 days and took very good care of me. Fun and knowledgeable about the culture and history. I saw parts of Georgia I never thought I’d visit. Enjoyed my short time in Georgia.
