Tarangire National Park
you will be picked up from the hotel by your driver guide and driven to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park is almost 3,000 square kilometers (1,160 square miles) and is best known for its vast numbers of elephants and baobab trees. The park's name comes from the Tarangire River, which crosses through the park. Tarangire is especially spectacular during the dry season (June to November) as wildlife concentrations rival that of the Serengeti (since enormous populations of elephants and other animals are drawn to the Tarangire River as their only water source). With its varied habitats and permanent water, Tarangire is home to over 2000 elephants and 500 bird species.
Tarangire National Park
you will drive to Tarangire for a full-day game drive. Famous for its large elephant population, it is also home to zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, waterbuck, baboons, & impala. The likes of predators like lions, cheetahs & leopards are a common sight too.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater for a game tour. Later on in the day, you will drive back to Arusha for a drop-off point that will be advised. Often called the eighth Wonder of the World, the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. The Ngorongoro volcano erupted about 2 million years ago, and its walls collapsed, forming a crater. The volcano floor sank to create a natural enclosure with 600m tall walls. Now, over 19 kilometres wide, Ngorongoro Crater is filled with great areas of acacia forest, hippo-filled swamps, and open grasslands. These different habitats contain over 30,000 animals, including elephants, warthogs, flamingoes, magnificent birdlife, the rare black rhinoceros and all the predatory cats. The Masai can also be seen herding their cattle alongside the buffalo and wildebeest.
Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Ngorongoro Crater: This is the main attraction of the park. It's a massive, collapsed volcanic caldera that spans about 260 square kilometers. The crater's floor hosts a variety of ecosystems, including grasslands, forests, swamps, and a soda lake. It's home to a wide range of wildlife, including the "Big Five" (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhinoceros)

Bird Watching, Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to a wide variety of bird species, making it a paradise for birdwatchers. You can spot flamingos, ostriches, eagles, and many other bird species.

5.00As a solo traveler, I highly recommend Vision Safari! As I researched and made inquiries to various companies before my trip, I found Vision to be very responsive, kind, and thorough. They offer a 2-day safari which is affordable, accommodating, and gives travelers a comprehensive and satisfying experience. I truly enjoyed every aspect of this safari, but will name a few things that may help those who may read this review: - I always felt safe. Transportation was prearranged, flexible, and prompt. - Communication was great from inquiry to finale. - Lodging had food available on site. Lunch and drinks were provided. Special arrangements can be made for early breakfast to go. - I joined a tour vehicle with other global travelers and a wonderful driver/guide which made for shared joy and laughter. - We experienced two incredible days in the wild, with close views of lions, elephants, zebras, water buffalo, migrating wildebeest, and a fascination diversity of other animals! - Our driver Silas always made us feel like we were his top priority, knew where to find the best views, but also respected the wellbeing of the animals which I believe is crucial to an experience like this. 5.00Me and my wife booked a two-day group safari starting and ending in Zanzibar for Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater. Communication was very quick and professional right from the start. Offers are sent by email both as an attachment and as a link, are clearly numbered and can be flexibly adapted. Vision Safari took care of all the planning and organisation of the safari. The price was good and the payment terms were also very moderate. Everything went great on site. We received our flight tickets and all other information about transfers etc. in good time before the safari. The safari itself was very nice. We were able to see pretty much all the animals that were living in the parks. The accommodation was also good for one night and the food was very good. All transfers were on time, nice and courteous. Many thanks again to Shebbie for the organization and the personal transfer to the airport.

5.00We had a 2 days fantastic safari with Vision safari & tours visiting Tarangire national park and Ngorongoro crater. Everything was absolutely amazing from the day we start our safari to the last day ! Our guide Kelvin was the best part of this safari tour as he explained to us a lot of things we saw during the safari. We were able to spot different animals including the black rhino in Ngorongoro crater, lions, wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos in their swamp at ngorongoro, lions and many other animals. Kelvin knew exactly where we can go and see animals, he is the best guide you could ask for your trip when you want to visit Tanzania! He made this trip unforgettable to us! The accommodation we stayed was so nice and clean there at karatu 'country lodge ' the meals also we prepared well. Highly recommended vision safari & tours for your safari trip to Tanzania!

5.00Our 2 days safari to Tarangire national park and Ngorongoro crater was absolutely excellent! Very well organised and planned and it was better than our expectations. Our guide kelvin was an outstanding guide for us, he made us feel very comfortable and he was there to make sure we enjoyed our safari. He is professional, super knowledgeable and friendly. We were lucky as we spotted many animals including lions, elephant, wildebeest, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos in their swamp at ngorongoro crater as well as flamingoes. Everyday was full of adventure! The service at the lodges booked for us were superb as were well arranged. The rooms were comfortable and clean at the time as well as meals were great too! Much thanks to our kelvin for making this safari a memorable experience we'll never forget! Highly recommend to book with Vision safari & tours for your trip to Tanzania!
