Explore both the natural and speculative treasures of Petra and Wadi Rum, move afterwards toward the lowest point on earth at the Dead Sea and the sun to end your experience. This tour has different options, all options includes transportaion from Amman and between sites. Entry fees and local sites tour guides are NOT included on all packages. Camp site location is inside the heart of Wadi Rum Protected area 8Km from any streets and not surrounded with other camps.

A moderate amount of walking under the sun is involved, wear sensible shoes, bring your hat and sunglasses.
Wadi Rum night stay and activity is based on your selected option - You should have arranged for it If "Only Transportation" option is selected.
For Group Tour option: Pickup time is very critical and you should be ready for pickup at 06:30 - allow 30 minutes delay to pickup all travelers.
This tour comes with different options: Private Deluxe Tent, Private Classic Tent, Small Group Tour Classic Tent, Small Group Deluxe tent and Transport only.
For the Group Tours Option : Separate tents for separate bookings. One Medium size bag is allowed per traveler (No space for large size bags or more than one medium size bag ), Minimum age is 12 Years and maximum is 69 years to join the group tour.
Pick up and drop off from / to your location at Amman city - Not any other place.

Day 1: Amman - Petra: 3 hours driving from Amman

No accomodation for the Transportation Option. One night in a Bedouin camp with dinner & Breakfast.
Petra
Depart to the south toward the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra that is considered one of the wonders of the world. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman that was carved in stone more than 2000 years ago in order to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, damns, and water channels and enjoy a walk along the narrow siq, a path which is the main entrance to the city. The first thing you will see is the Khazneh, which was believed to be a tomp for one of the Nabatean Kings. You will also see other monuments such as The Monastery and the Altar of Sacrifice. In the afternoon you will move towards Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon, where the movie Lawrence of Arabia was filmed and lately The Martian. Spend the night at Wadi Rum and move next day toward the Dead Sea (Night Stay and activity at Wadi Rum is based on your selected tour option).

Wadi Rum Protected Area
Wadi Rum is a uniquely-shaped massive mountain that rose among the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish and golden colors. Then, you will move to the Dead which is one of the most incredible places in the world. The Dead Sea speaks for itself: there are no living fish. It is by far one of Jordan's most impressive and spectacular places to visit. Its calm, shining water glowing from the scorching sun above, is known for the concentration of salt and minerals which makes it a therapeutic as well as a unique swimming experience not to be missed. Enjoy some free time to swim before returning to your hotel in Amman.

5.00Overall it was very good trip, driver Qutaibah was very helpful and nice person. Food was excellent throughout the trip but for overnight stay I would recommend an AC tent at Wadi Rum (Rum Valley). Petra, Rum Valley and Dead sea were all very nice places.

5.00Not IF, but WHEN you will book this tour, ask for Zakariya as your driver, you will never regret it. He is really friednly, knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and always ready to help. Wadi rum campground is magical. Jeep tour driver was also really professional and skilled. Absolutely amazing experience.

5.00This is a once in a lifetime experience. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Seeing Petra was remarkable. The overnight in Wadi Rum was worth the cost of the tour. We stayed in the deluxe tent and feasted on fresh and flavorful dinner and breakfast. Do not miss out on the sunset Jeep ride in Wadi Rum! I highly recommend it! Our driver, Amjad, was kind and welcoming. Book this tour!

5.00Given the short amount of time we had to visit Jordan's sites, our driver Mohammed helped us make the most of every second. As well as taking us to the popular sights, he also included extra visits to an amazing bakery, great shops and was flexible so we could do everything! Mohammed's knowledge of places and people was excellent and I would recommend everyone to tour Jordan this way. Thank you for the wonderful memories
