Avanos
Its name in the period was Venessa. The tradition of making ceramics in the district dates back to Hittites. The ceramic mud made from red soils and loam brought by Kızılırmak(Red River) is shaped in the hands of the ceramic artists of Avanos.

Kızılçukur; it is a valley called Rose Valley as well because of the colour of the rocks. One of the nice valley for hiking in the area. That was also used by the Christians at the end of the 5th century. If you can look from a distance up on a hill, you can notice that the valley has a shape like a finge. So wherever you start hiking you come out from same point. The valley colour also change up to daylights tha is why one of the best place to watch the sunset.
Cavusin
Cavusin, church and castle of Cavusin that was named after Emperor Nicephorus Phocas dates back to the years of 964-965. Church has single nave and it has a cradle vault and 3 apses. And its narthex is demolished.

We had a very good experience in Cappadocia. Very good service, well coordinated, and Huseyin was always attentive from Istanbul to make sure everything was okay. He even took care of changing our flight because the airline cancelled ours.

Huseyin was an excellent guide, answered all our questions, led us to the right places at the right time so we could enjoy. Very kind, a good host, a man who loves his job and his country. If I go again, I’d like a Guide like Huseyin.

Very, very well organized tour. With good tour guides, we visited all places scheduled in an interesting and fanny way. In domestic flights, we were driven to airports in time. Very well organized transfers from/to hotel/airport. No delays. Fantastic hotels. Really satisfied. Highly recomendable tour.

Excellent! The spectacular balloon ride! The landscape looks like another planet. Very interesting all walks. The hotel was fine, although I would have liked to stay in a cave hotel, as we thought it was. Anyway, they were very friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast.

We traveled with my wife and my mother, looking for a short but memorable experience exploring Turkey, ideally lasting no more than 5 days. For this, I contacted Huseyin Yaila from Eyewitness Travel, whom my mother had used years earlier for her first trip to Istanbul. Huseyin helped us plan the excursions and all the details of the trip several months in advance. We ended up visiting Istanbul for 3 nights and Cappadocia for 1 night, with the added bonus of a late check-out that allowed us a 6-hour layover at Istanbul Airport (IST) before our flight to Italy. The tour of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Cistern, and the Grand Bazaar, guided by Sinan, deserves a separate review. The Bosphorus cruise and visit to the Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), guided by Çagatai Han Dogramaci, was another unique and special experience; as a bonus, we also visited the "real" Blue Mosque (Rüstem Paşa Mosque) – go see it and you'll understand why... The hotel in Istanbul, Sultanhamit, is small but very cozy and strategically located; the one in Cappadocia, Elisee Cave House Hotel, was a true cave-room experience. The hot air balloon ride with Sultan Balloon, piloted by the best pilot in Cappadocia, Halil, was amazing (at times it felt like we were in a silent helicopter). This professional pilot can steer his balloon wherever he wants, using the air currents at different altitudes, which he knows better than anyone. The private transfers in comfortable and punctual minibuses made navigating the busy traffic of Istanbul much easier. One anecdote that speaks to Huseyin's professionalism and dedication: we hadn't understood the pickup time for our return flight to Istanbul on Monday, September 15th at 6:00 a.m. And we didn't have our boarding passes. From Cappadocia, at 12:47 on Sunday, I called Huseyin on his personal phone (which he had given me for emergencies), and within 15 minutes he provided us with the information and the boarding passes. Throughout the entire trip, we felt cared for and well looked after by Huseyin Yaila, who acted like the best travel professional we've ever encountered (in fact, until the last day, I thought he owned the travel agency!). Regarding price and quality, the complete package was cheaper than what I could find from my home country before the trip; the result exceeded our expectations, with 3-star hotels that felt like 4-star, luxurious private transfers, and highly qualified and friendly guides who changed our perspective on Turkey and its people, bringing us closer to its culture and history. In every way, it was a truly magical trip.

We had an excellent experience planning our 2-day trip to Cappadocia with Huseyin. Everything was very well organized, and the itinerary made the best use of our time. The tours were amazing, and we got to see so many beautiful places without feeling rushed. The food arrangements were also very good. Huseyin was helpful, attentive, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend his trip planning services!

I have no words to describe how exceptional Husein's treatment was. I contacted him in Istanbul and we went to Cappadocia (round trip) transfer, plane, balloon and hitel cave (the hotel struck me' a wonder. Huseim called me on WhatsApp and messages, sent me videos describing where the transfer was waiting at the airport and soko stopped calling me when I told him that I was already in the hotel, on the plane or areiba of the transfer. I never received better treatment from in agent of tourism. A 10 is not enough. I still can't believe the professional treatment I received. Everything I write is little. Thanks Husain you are the best!!! It also tours Istanbul and all of Turkia.
