5.00We took a two day tour with Brian from February 19-20, 2026. I can't recommend it highly enough. Brian is warm, personable, and charming. He customized the tour to our family's interests with stops at historic points of interest (Stirling Castle, Culloden), Outlander sites (you would have to ask my wife), and scenery (Glencoe, Glenfiddan). We were able to see a huge chunk of the country in less than 48 hours and never felt rushed or harried in the process. We all had a wonderful time. I can't recommend it highly enough and would happily book again in the future.

5.00The BEST tour you will take in Scotland!!!! Brian is the perfect guide to take on this gorgeous tour, it was a super comfortable ride, he thought of all the little details to make the trip extra special, and was super flexible with weather conditions and timing changes. He’s there to make sure you have the best experience ever and he went out of his way to make sure we were kept safe and sound from door to door. The only downside is that we miss it already!!!!! Thank you Brian for the best service!

5.00Brian is AMAZING. He took care of us every step of the way. When poor weather conditions changed our plans, Brian was absolutely amazing and calm and made sure we had a great time regardless. He knew a ton of interesting facts and kept us entertained the whole drive. He was also super accommodating and understanding. Not to mention, the views and scenery we saw all around Scotland were to die for!! If you want to see the beauty of Scotland, definitely take this tour with Brian. He is seriously the nicest man ever ◡̈ We had the best time!! -G, M, & L ♡

5.00We had an excellent tour of the Highlands with Brian and enjoyed both the scenery and Brian's stories. He went above and beyond - arranging a golf day (with clubs!) for us AFTER our tour was over. We would recommend Brian to all our friends who visit Scotland.

5.00Brian did an excellent job of finding great sites around the Edinburgh area. He’s well informed and so pleasant to spend time with. We enjoyed seeing the Sterling Castle, Roselyn Chapel, Wm Wallace Monument, Glamis Castle and lovely Glenturret distillery . We highly recommend Brian as your tour guide.

5.00We can't say enough great things about Brian! Our tour was similar to traveling with a knowledgeable family member! He took everything into consideration, down to our 2-yr-old's schedule (and attitude of the moment). I'm not sure how he did it but we definitely saw & learned a LOT of Scotland without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We traveled with our 3 kids (1 special needs child, a 13-yr-old and a 2-yr-old) and he was super fantastic with them. Totally recommended this tour especially if you're traveling with kids. Brian surely made our trip to Scotland spectacular! (I wish we had him with us when we went to Dublin...)

5.00My family had an incredible 2-day private tour with Brian to the Scottish Highlands! I could go on and on but will just say it was a simply great experience for all members of my family in every respect. The communication with Brian to plan the tour was prompt and easy, the vehicle was clean and comfortable, Brian’s driving was very safe, and we saw so much and learned so much over two days. We enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked a return trip with Brian for September! I highly recommend Brian and Wynding Road Tours!

5.00I can’t even put into words what an amazing experience this was! Brian is so personable and went out of his way to create the perfect itinerary for our family (3 kids 14,10,7 and my mom came along). He immediately makes you feel like a long time friend. The tour was perfect, we explored and also ate/shopped along the way. The Highlands are amazingly beautiful and Brian also served as a great family photographer. If you are looking for an amazing tour packed with historical knowledge, great sites, great food, Brian is your man!

5.00What an amazing trip we had with Brian. He is such a wealth of information. We came to see the sights and learn the history of Scotland. It was more of a heritage tour for me. I got so much more from Brian than I could have imagined. He shared information about the country, historical facts and references and he was a great driver, too. Our entire group was so impressed and entertained by Brian and I couldn't imagine a better tour guide. This was a highlight of our entire trip! We hit so many historical points on our route, including Balmoral, Sterling Castle, Inverness, Elan Dornan castle, Loch Ness, Clava cairns, Culliden Battlefield and museum, etc. We had a fantastic time adventuring about with Brian and I learned so much!!
