We had an incredible experience. They truly exceeded all our expectations! From start to finish, the trip was well organised, and filled with unforgettable moments. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire safari feel so special, making this trip a trip of a lifetime. Unfortunately, on our way back we missed our flight due to unexpected heavy traffic and closed roads, absolutely no fault of the company. In fact, our driver went above and beyond in attempts to get through this and get us to the airport on time, we managed to get to the airport a full 30 minutes before the flights departure. Despite our drivers best efforts, the airline had already closed the flight. What could have turned out to be stressful situation was handled with complete professionalism and care. The team immediately stepped in, were proactive, and quickly helped us re-arrange everything so our journey could continue smoothly. This kind of service, both during the safari itself and in difficult moments, shows just how dedicated they are to their guests. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. A company that not only delivers amazing adventures, but also genuinely cares about their clients. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to book a safari in Tanzania.

One of the most incredible experiences of my life. They accommodated us with a rather last-minute booking, yet somehow every single aspect was perfectly planned with even better execution. Not a single hiccup from the first hotel pickup in Zanzibar, including the flights to/from the mainland, all the way through to drop off. Our coordinator Ibrahim, driver Nurdin, and guide Allen all demonstrated the utmost professionalism yet were so warm and friendly. Also, the lunches were fresh, cooked, and a delicious introduction to local cuisine. We looked forward to them each day (by far the best I could see compared to other tour groups), and found the vehicle and lodging very comfortable as well. We did the 2-day tour of Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater. Incredible value as we got 2 full game drives. It sounds cliche, but I found that time in the Crater literally life-changing. Another shout-out to our guide Allen! His rich knowledge was so educational and interesting, and he worked so hard and went the extra mile to ensure that we saw the Big Five! Not that ticking that box is what matters—we would have been thrilled regardless—but it was an extra cool element. Don’t hesitate—you won’t find a better experience at a better price! Thanks again for such a wonderful trip :)

We booked our safari last minute, and Luitours took care of everything perfectly! From start to finish, the entire trip was seamless and well-organized. One of the highlights was the extra game drive on our last day, which allowed us to make the most of our time before flying back in the evening. Our guide, Allen, was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly kind, extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and nature, and had an amazing eye for spotting animals. Thanks to him, we saw an incredible variety of wildlife. The experience was not only exciting but also very comfortable—Allen made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. Since we spent a lot of time driving, we also got to see the villages outside the national parks, which added another layer to the experience. A visit to a Maasai village was especially memorable—we learned so much about their culture, traditions, and way of life. The only thing that didn’t quite match our expectations was the hotel. We had hoped to stay inside or very close to a national park to hear the sounds of wildlife at night. Instead, the hotel was quite far from the park. However, the accommodation itself was fine. If you’re planning a safari, go with Luitours! And don’t miss Ngorongoro National Park—it’s absolutely breathtaking!
