Tour where you will have a great experience sharing and living something different within the area, On this day we go to pick up our clients in the range of 7:30 am. where we will go to the camp where the basic equipment of the camp will be given 3 full meals. Then we will go to the starting area of the route where we will start the ascent and start the adventure

3.00Unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The only person in the group who did not speak Spanish was myself (my friend turned back). When I enquired over WhatsApp if the guide spoke English, they replied that the guide did, but the bus driver did not. However, communication was challenging because nobody spoke English at all. We weren't picked up by a bus either. They kept calling it a bus, but it was actually a taxi driver. When I inquired for trekking poles, they replied 100Q on WhatsApp, but when we arrived, it was 150Q. Overall would not recommend.

5.00Amazing trip. It was actually my first overnight camping/hiking experience and the guides did a great job accommodating everyone's needs in the group. Views are stunning. The hike is no joke, but there are options to ride a horse up if needed. Loved that gear such as hiking sticks and coats were available as well.

5.00I thoroughly enjoyed this trip! The guides did an excellent job of balancing the movement of our group. They were intentional in giving us necessary breaks while not allowing us to overstay such breaks. They were also conscious of the various degrees of experience and physical abilities of each group member, often being encouraging versus being harsh or leaving group members behind behind like I've heard other guides with other companies do. The meals provided were more than sufficient and base camp was more than acceptable, particularly after a long hike up the volcano. Finally, the early morning hike up the summit was well worth it! I would highly recommend this particular company and guides to lead you up and down from the volcano!

5.00The guides were amazing on this tour. The hike is very difficult for inexperienced hikers but the tour guides helped out tremendously for those struggling to finish. The accommodations were what you would expect for sleeping at the top of a mountain. I would highly recommend this company for the tour! The hike (while difficult) is extremely worth it. Make sure you rent the poles!

4.00Climbing the Acatenango Volcano is a challenging but completely rewarding experience. The hike requires physical endurance, with steep slopes and changing weather, but the views from the top, especially at sunrise and the Volcano of Fire, are spectacular. I recommend wearing warm clothes, proper footwear, moisturizers and energy snacks to maintain energy. Although difficult, the reward is worth every step: an unforgettable natural spectacle. Unfortunately I went in rainy season and did not see a rash, I recommend it 1000%

5.00Definitely a must-do if you’re staying in Guatemala. WARNING: this is not a leisurely hike. If you are an inexperienced hiker or not in good health, this might be quite challenging. Several people in groups had to turn back due to the intensity of the hike. Pack extra socks as it might rain. Water proof everything! Extra portable chargers. Otherwise, best tour ever!

5.00Big thanks to my tour guides Benjamin & Atom. They had all necessary gear for the hike that you can rent. The group was given lunch and dinner to carry for the hike. This hike is challenging, I caught cramps in both legs half way up and Benjamin and Atom did everything in their power to help me work through the discomfort. They were equipped with meds and ointments that help with my cramps. The food provided for lunch and dinner was so tasty and breakfast was made fresh with coffee or tea. The cabin and tents were equipped with clean sleeping bags ☺️. Overall this company is a 10/10 I have no complaints about how this company operates.
