• Wonderful Tour

  My husband and I booked this 2-day tour to visit some major attractions in The National Forest and Tianmen Mountain. These parks are vast and we were glad that we had hired professional guide to navigate us through the areas. Else it would not be possible to cover so much in such limited time. Gabby was our tour guide. She was very punctual, friendly and planned the routes very well. We visited the National Park the first day. It wasn’t super crowded and Gabby was able to secure many good photo spots and took great photos for us. We even dressed up in the Miao tribal costumes for photo ops. The landscape here, including the Avatar Hallelujah Mountain, is truly amazing. Apart from the natural wonders, the Bailong elevator was awesome too. It was foggy the second day when we visited Tienmen Mountain. We took the 30-minute cable car ride from the Zhangjiajie station all the way up to the summit. Though we couldn’t see a lot from the top, we very much enjoyed the long walk along the beautiful Cliff Hanging Walkway. Felt like a fairyland in the fog and mist. Later we were lucky to still see the “Stairway to Heaven” from the mountain base during a few clear breaks but the “Heaven’s Gate” was not visible. We ended the tour a little earlier. As we had no plans for the evening, Gabby recommended us to see the Tianmen Fox Fairy show. She helped us get the VIP tickets with the best seats and booked round trip transfers for us. The show was fantastic. Thank you Gabby for arranging. Overall we had a wonderful time with Gabby. Also Andy, our contact with the tour operator, took us to the train station the next day. Andy had been very helpful and responsive since we booked this tour. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie.

  The most memorable experience was All, our Guide Gabi was the Best of the Best, Andy also was terrific incredible 🙏🏼🤗 we were lucky to met them in this trip, the service, the support, the genuine interest to help, to take care of us, to do the experience amazing is really valuable, we can not express all our gratitude 🙏🏼 thank you 🙏🏼 Namaste 🙏🏼 both of you!! My birthday was beautiful thank you 🙏🏼 of course the places on the trip were amazing too🤗 and our photographer Gabi was Fantastic!!

• Attentive, Flexible and knowledgeable Tour Guide

  The tour was excellent with an overview of Zhangjiajie Park. The guide was very attentive to make sure you are not too hurried and safe along the slippery steps among crowds. The itinerary was about right balance between a lot of walking and rest and waiting in queues. I would recommend this tour highly.

  We had Apple as our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing! Our first day was on Tianmen Mountain because it was so busy during May Day week. It was breathtaking and having Apple by our sides telling us the history and giving us a glimpse into the local life was indispensable! I left my hat on the cable car and I thought that would be the last time I ever saw it (it's a nice hat) but Apple ran back to register its loss at the foot of the cable car and Andy picked it up for me once it was located! Awesome guys! Our second day it was extremely foggy and busy but Apple helped us get through the very long lines as quick as we could! Even though the weather didn't cooperate, Apple still made the day very enjoyable. Afterwards he took us to have a delicious dumpling dinner and then to a silver shop! Thank you very much Apple, you made our two days in Zhangjaijie amazing!
