1.00DO NOT BOOk, this company is awful. They didn’t show up on time and didn’t even call to say they would be running late. I contacted them several times and phone went to VM. Received a call from someone 45 mins after our booked time and then told they would be sending someone to pick us up. By this time we could no longer go on the excursion because we were on a cruise . They are now refusing to refund the money. Very unprofessional, why wouldn’t you give a refund if you were at fault.
