What To Expect
Shell Island
These guided tours will be dedicated to finding our local dolphins around Shell Island. Make memories and see dolphins during the trip then if time permitting and walk the white sand beaches of the island.
St. Andrews State Park
St. Andrews St. Park is one of the most visited parks in Florida, and second most dove spot in behind the Keys. The park has a long rock jetty that attracts, fish, divers, and dolphins. Get a chance to see it from the water while we look for dolphins.

5.00I am in PCB visiting my kids and my son has been talking up captain Chris for months and I could hardly wait to take his tour!!! It DID NOT disappoint ❤️ Chris was so knowledgeable about all the creatures of the gulf, we learned so much! We got to see a sea turtle, lightning whelk (huge snail), star fish, sea urchins, sting ray, clam, the bright blue eyes of a scallop and of course a huge pod of dolphin! Just simply amazing! A huge thing that stood out to me as well was the respect Captain Chris had with other vessels on the water. We had several boats approach us that allowed other people to also gain his knowledge and even if they didn't approach our boat many kind words were traded. To have someone in charge of your trip who seems to be so highly respected by piers says A LOT! I was very glad that we were lucky enough to have him as our captain 💙 would 1,000% recommend Flippin Awesome whether you are a tourist like myself or have lived on the gulf your whole life. I guarantee you will learn something either way. Can't wait to come back next year!! Thank you Captain Chris for the great experience and your great hospitality!!

5.00Went on this adventure with my daughter and granddaughters who were visiting from Delaware. Absolute hit with everyone! Capt Chris was terrific. Very welcoming and engaging with the kids. He went underwater and brought a number of critters including a Sea Horse. Took the time to explain what he caught before putting back in the water. Enjoyed the snorkeling with my granddaughter and the time on Shell Island, including walking to the Gulf side. All up a great trip which we highly recommend!

5.00I cannot recommend Captain Chris enough. We had an amazing time. We brought our 2.5 and 3.5 year olds and they loved every minute. We saw dolphins right away and they put on quite a show! Captain Chris dove in and showed us different crabs, sea urchins, and giant snails—teaching us all about each one. Captain Chris fantastic with the kids and made it a trip to remember. Highly recommend!
It was definitely a flippin awesome tour!!!!

5.00We got tons of photos, got to see everything we expected and a bunch of really cool things we didn't even know we wanted to see until we saw them and he patiently answered every single question all 6 of us asked!!!! This is definitely the tour you wanna take no matter who you're traveling with!!!

5.00If you're looking for an awesome, fun and interactive adventure, look no further! Captain Chris was very knowledgeable about everything and made the whole experience interesting! We learned about star fish, sea urchins, shells, moon snails, and much more! We booked the 2 hour boat ride and there were 4 of us. I highly recommend booking for as long as you can, we will be booking the 4 hour tour next year. Can't wait to go back and hang with Chris again!

5.00Captain Chris is the perfect captain - laid back but takes safety seriously, incredibly knowledgeable about marine life and just a super nice guy. We went out on a day when double red flags were flying on the beach but Capt Chris took us to a snorkel spot in the bay that was calm and protected. We saw starfish, a horseshoe crab, hermit crabs, lots of fish, dolphins and more — and Captain Chris knew everything about them. This is hands down the best snorkel tour in the Panhandle and far exceeded my already high expectations!

5.00This was an amazing adventure!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about my family’s experience! Chris was so accommodating and his personality is awesome! He chatted with the kids and made jokes, but also was extremely knowledgeable about the sea life we came in contact with. This is a MUST and we will be back!!

5.00What an awesome adventure! Captain Chris provided an amazing interactive experience for the whole family! He wowed us with his knowledge and expertise! We saw lots of dolphins 🐬 , sea stars, urchins, sea squirts, sea hare, sting rays and even a shark 🦈 !! Your kids will love it!!

5.00Capt Chris was super fun. We learned a lot about sea creatures at “Creature Corner” We loved how he cared about our experience and he wanted my sons to enjoy themselves. He adapted to allow our sons to experience the ocean and marine life. I would highly recommend Capt Chris. He is Flippin Awesome!!!!!

5.00It was a flippin awesome time. Saw this on trip advisor and said it was sold out. I went to the actual website and called Captain Chris. Captain Chris worked it out to take us out. I would go to the actual website and call captain Chris; he will do his best to get you a tour. The tour was awesome. We held sea creatures such as crabs, star fish and more. We saw dolphins and we would have snorkeled, but the water was a tad chilly. Captain Chris explained things well. The whole group enjoyed it. We had 3 adults and 3 kids ages 8, 11 and 15. I highly recommend calling Captain Chris. It was a flippin awesome time.
