4.00Entertaining guide. His English was good, but he spoke a touch too quickly. Even I (and English is my 1st language) missed one or two things he said because they were spoken too rapidly, and just occasionally mis-pronounced a few words. But hey! - I don't speak a word of Dutch so I can't really complain! He was very knowledgeable and answered questions quite effectively. My only other slight criticism was he spent just a little too long chatting about where people were from, mixed with some rather irrelevant information. (We didn't get moving until around 1.50pm.) BUT....he did a good job and the walk was entertaining and interesting.

3.00Our guide, a young college student, was on her second week on the job. She was prompt, very pleasant. Her knowledge was fine, some questions she couldn’t answer. But. She. Spoke. Too. Fast. And. Too. Soft. I asked her to speak slowly and louder, to no avail. Her sentences often trailed off at the end. Very, very difficult to understand.
