The group was small and our guide was really nice and relaxed. We learned quite a bit about the history of Haarlem. A very charming city with cobbled streets and gorgeous architecture and gardens.

Our tour guide spoke very softly, so it was hard to hear him much of the time. On top of that he went on and on. He didn’t seem to know certain facts that you would expect a tour guide to know. We didn’t go inside the windmill or church, which would have made the tour better. Overall it was a disappointing experience and we would have been better off doing a self guided walking tour.

Ronald was very personable and knowledgeable about his town's history and architecture. Haarlem is one of the most charming towns we visited as we felt we stepped back in time. Preservation of homes, churches, and markets are a top priority.
