  Jalbier provided a top notch tour experience. He was our private driver for an entire day and took us to all of the main attractions. He allowed us to take as much time as we need it to enjoy the attractions. he also knew where the best viewing spots were at each destination to get the best pictures. In addition he was extremely knowledgeable as a tour guide and provided all of the history for each of the attractions that we visited. We visited the beaches, Christ the redeemer, Celaron stairs, the downtown historical sites as well as dined on authentic Brazilian lunch. He was prompt on picking us up and a good driver too. In addition he got our tickets for us in advance so we did not experience any long waits or lines. Lastly he was a great translator to help us negotiatepricing whenmaking purchases. If you are on the edge about booking this tour I would not even hesitate. It is worth every penny and please do yourself a favor and request Jal!

  Andre is. GREAT guide! He is very knowledgeable and personable. It seemed like we spent the day with a genuine friend. Our driver was kind and knew his way around thru the traffic. I highly recommend this tour!

  I want to sum up this beautiful adventure with one word: WONDERFUL. Rio gets to your heart. The people, the colors, the culture of this beautiful city capture you from the beginning and drag you with them into a whirlwind of happiness that you can hardly forget. All this was possible thanks to Lucas. Lucas turned out to be a very prepared, helpful and nice guide. I was immediately amazed by the passion with which he described every corner of Rio. Thanks to her enthusiasm in the 8 hours of guided tour as well as feeling confident in touring this beautiful city I could appreciate places that definitely visiting them alone would not have had such a strong emotional impact on me. This is because in the 8 hours of non-stop visit the fatigue, the heat and the sun that a few days before had created a very unpleasant sunburn and that then on the day of the visit forced me to have to wear long pants and long-sleeved jacket, sometimes they tried to knock me down. But with Lucas's radiance and the exchange of dialogue not only in English but also in Italian (yes, because Lucas in addition to speaking Portuguese, Spanish, English also speaks Italian) everything has become much less tiring and definitely more fun. I thank this tour operator for their professionalism and above all I thank them for assigning me this guy as a guide! Should I recommend them? Absolutely YES! Ah I almost forgot... Thanks also to the tour operator driver who all day (from 9 am to 5 pm) accompanied me and his collaborator Lucas around the city, then taking me to the airport, with extreme punctuality, to catch the plane that would take me home to Italy.   This was far superior to a similar tour in Rio we did a year ago that did not include Seleron Steps or Sugar Loaf. Sugar Loaf is a must! Ulysses was a wonderful guide, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He was flexible in handling our wishes. Weather was an issue and Ulysses and our driver Junior we’re willing to make adjustments. Highly recommend.

  I have had Wagner, as my historical guide in Rio, and had the great opportunity to understand and visit the main spots of the Portuguese heritage in Brazil. Wagner has help me organize and choose the most relevant places where the Portuguese Royal Family lived. Our contact, prior to my arrival was very well organized, since we were able to be in touch since my departure from Germany. Great tour and I strongly recommend.

  Our group of three were met at our hotel by Nicolly and our driver ( whose name i have forgotten - apologies) promptly as arranged. We visited Sugar Loaf , Lapa , the Cathedral, Selaron Steps and Corcovado. Nicolly and our driver were the best hosts ever with lots of local knowledge which was imparted in perfect English. We would never have been able to complete as much in one day without their local experience and we had a fantastic day. Thanks to both of you - cant recommend enough.

  Me and my husband went with tour guide Wagner and driver Junior on a full day tour in Rio. We were only there for 3 days, so really had to pack a lot of sights into this one day. Wagner was wonderful. He is so knowledgeable of the history of everything we saw and he is really nice. He made us feel comfortable and safe. I was so glad he spoke perfect English so my husband, who doesn’t speak Portuguese, didn’t feel lost. Junior also made sure we were dropped off close enough to the sights and was waiting for us so we could go to the next stop. Another thing I liked is the schedule was flexible. We could suggest places to go or change the itinerary. Wagner was very accommodating. Overall it was an incredible experience and I will recommend them to everyone I know who wants to visit Rio. We already have plans of going back with some family and I will be in touch with them.

  At first my husband and I were a bit nervous given all the weird stories and experience we heard. We felt pretty assured it was recommended by TripAdvisor but still nervy. It turned out to be very reliable, a nice clean air-conditioned car and a delightful tour guide, Nicolly. The driver we can safe must be one if the safest drivers in Rio as we witnessed many dangerous driving while in the car both left and right. His name is Carlos! They arrived earlier not just punctual which is a relief to any travellers. Itinerary was flexible but we were guided by their suggestions confidently. You could add in any detours if time permits. We ended up lAyer than scheduled and there was absolute no body language of uneasiness in Nicolly or Carlos ... very professional. We too managed to detour for some Brazilian snacks and coffee and concluded the day with a nice local dinner in a cosy restaurant (meals and snacks not included of course).   We were late arriving on cruise ship into port, but they were there to meet us. It was a modern large airconditioned van. We were able to leave our luggage in the van whilst we toured the sights. We were taken to our hotel when finished and Ulysses our guide, who was tremendous, helped us check in. We booked this as we could not check in to our hotel until 1400 hours. A taxi to Copacabana in the morning can take 2 hours! It was a wonderful experience and a memorable tour, well done, highly recommended Alan Cromarty retired travel agent
