Went on the 2 hr grande cruise. Should’ve read the reviews before booking. Stuck in the lock for 1 hr if the trip staring at brick wall on one side and trees on other. No commentary onboard. Very expensive for what it is. Could’ve achieved more FREE OF CHARGE by walking up one river bank crossing a bridge and walking down the other river bank. A pedalo is much better value gir money. So don’t waste your money.

Our family boarded the Grand Bohemian for a two-hour luncheon cruise. We were greeted with a shot of Czech liqueur (at 11:55 am) and escorted to a table in full sunlight. The children could not handle the heat so we stood in the back. About 45 minutes into the cruise, the shades were lowered to allow for a more comfortable experience. The food was very heavy (fried and smothered in sauce). The servers were working hard. A good deal of the cruise was spent navigating the loch. There was no audio tour. While it was nice to see the sites, improvements are needed. This was far from ideal.

Tried to take a 2 hour cruise today. There were 5 people and apparently they would only do the two hour with 6 people. The options given: Money back Or A one hour tour with two 'free drinks' for the same price as the 2 hour which would leave the next hour. When asked if I could just pay the price for one hour without the drinks (IE a refund) I was told no. I understand the difficulty of during this covid times. But the rudeness/hostileness of the ticket taker who could not understand that the drinks would not be free as I would still be paying for the two drinks instead of getting a refund for the difference without drinks (or actually just being a considerate business and providing drinks for the disruption and all the extra wait time) was absurd. Even in asking politely if we could have a conversation he was just an angry man. I ended up deciding that I'd rather support another business just because of the ticket taker. Was he likely having a bad day? Yes. Does he have to take it out on others who are still trying to support his work? No.

The review cruise is fine, but the phone application guide is rubbish and the service on board is poor! Great views on the river but you’ll get this with any boat tour.

Booked this 2 hour cruise on the river. Whilst you can see a lot of buildings as you cruise along you actually get better views on land. They are majestical buildings that line the banks . the boat can only go so far in either direction. There is a commentary as you go along in different languages. You can buy drinks on board. Not the greatest.

A river cruise is the alternative way to see some of the history along its banks. We opted for the two hour cruise without the sit down lunch. It worked out at around £14 GBP a ticket which I didn’t think was bad. As we boarded we were split into diners and non diners with us non diner shown up to the table and chaired front of the boat. Which with windows all around and panoramic glass roof gave us a great view of everything the river had to offer. There was a drinks menu on the table ready and just before we set off a waitress asked for our optional drinks order. The drinks arrived five minutes after we ordered and there was plenty of staff on hand if we required topping up whilst we floated along. The tour itself was accompanied by and online tour guide that we were welcome to listen to using the free wi fi. We didn’t bother and just took in the sights as we meandered up stream. Ten to twenty mins into to the trip you are held for a while in a lock as the main rivers course is blocked my a concrete tide flow system. Once free of the lock you drift merrily along your way to the end where the pilot turns round and heads back. After negotiating the lock for a second time you head pass the docking point up to the other end of the river. On the way they do several circles around the Charles Bridge so you can get a picture from every possible angle. Then just before the two hours expire the head back so you can disembark. SUBNOTE ON WHEELCHAIR ACCESS : They have one wheelchair accessible boat The bohemian rhapsody, which I’m told had an accessible toilet on board but I never needed it so can’t confirm or deny. Boarding is done firstly down a large metal ramp onto the boats platform deck for two crew members lifted me down a big step to get me on board. All painless and simple with minimal risk or fuss. All staff were happy to assist at all times if need.

The company offers dinner cruises on the Vltava river during the evening. The dinner cruise lasts for 90 minutes and goes to and fro on the main part of the river. You will get a running commentary of the monuments that you pass by. The sight of the beautiful city from the cruise is beautiful. I loved it when the cruise went under the iconic Charles Bridge. Food was delicious and the service was exemplary.

Poor organisation to board the boat. Very disappointing cruise with little seen which hadn’t been done by a 10 minute walk by the river.

The tour is not worth the time. Boat was standing still for a long time. It is more concentrated on selling drinks, than a real tour. If you would like to see more of Prague and get information - do not choose this tour. I guess lunch or dinner option is better, as at least you can spend those two hours eating...
