Get ready for an adventure in the Alaskan wilderness with an ATV tour from Denali. On an automatic single or double ATV, you'll ride along trails surrounded by Denali National Park at speeds up to 30 mph (48 kph), and make stops to enjoy 360-degree views of the Alaska Range, Otto Lake, and the Healy Valley. Traverse rocky creek beds and splash through the water (weather permitting) as a guide leads you through the rugged terrain and provides opportunities for photography. Wildlife is abundant, so watch for moose on the trail. When booking, select from several departure times and decide whether you want a single or 2-passenger side-by-side ATV.

What To Expect

Your Denali ATV tour starts with hotel pickup for the drive to the location where you'll begin riding your ATV. Total tour time is 2.5 hours; you'll spend 1.5 hours on the trail, covering about 10 miles (16 km). There are two types of ATVs available: single-rider ATV option and a two passenger side-by-side option (pricing based on double occupancy). Each ATV is 4-wheel-drive and has automatic transmission, and the side-by-side ATVs have roofs and windshields.

I booked a two-seater ATV and my husband drove while I was the passenger. He had so much fun - I have so many pics and videos of him having the time of his life, with such joy and happiness in his eyes and laughter. On a side note, if you’re worried about potential instability while driving an ATV, do the two-seater! It drove exactly like a car and it was super stable the whole time. Make sure to wear clothes that are waterproof and that you don’t mind getting mud and dust on!

Hands down the BADDEST ASS UTV Tour in Denali NP. GROOVY & JETT were awesome tour guides, super knowledgeable, highly experienced and loads of fun. UTVs are safe and new, we hit, mud pits, berms, river crossings, hill climbs, and everything in between.
