Luggage Allowance: You're restricted to 14kg (31lbs) of luggage per person on our tours. This should be one piece of luggage similar to an airline carry-on bag (approximately 55cm x 45cm x 25cm / 22in x 17in x 10in) plus a small bag for onboard personal items.

Day 2 is a flexible day on Skye. Your driver-guide will ensure you have the best day out no matter what the weather.
In order to retain the integrity of the tour and try to ensure that all our customers have the best possible experience, we do cap bookings from any one party to 8 passengers.
B&Bs tend to be located on the outskirts of towns and you should be prepared for a 20-30 minute walk to local facilities like pubs and restaurants. If you have difficulty with stairs, please mention it to us as lifts will not be available in this type of property.
Hotels usually have a relatively central location but may be up to a 20-30 minute walk from local facilities. If you have difficulty with stairs, please let us know so that we can either book a ground floor room or a hotel with lift access, if available.
*Please note that this tour will stay in Portree on the Isle of Skye between January - March 2025 and November 2025 to March 2026 (the winter months). The rest of the year, you will stay in Broadford as normal.
*Please note that Eilean Donan Castle will be fully closed from 23 December until 1 February 2026, so visits inside the castle will not be possible. In addition, the castle will be closed for weddings on the following dates: 1, 5, 8, 14, 15, 16, and 27 November. We may still be able to stop for photos during these times

We venture north through the splendid scenery of Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park up to the wild desolation of Rannoch Moor.
Glencoe
You continue through the spectacular mountain pass of Glencoe, scene of the great massacre of the Clan Macdonald in 1692. And after lunch we pass Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, and head into the Great Glen. Travelling west you head past the Five Sisters of Kintail.
Eilean Donan Castle
An iconic and gorgeous 13th century castle that once warded off Viking invasions.
Today is a flexible day on Skye. Your driver-guide will ensure you have the best day out no matter what the weather.

Heading south through the Grampian mountains along Loch Laggan, famous now as "Monarch of the Glen Country" before passing Dalwhinnie and onwards past Blair Castle, stopping for refreshments before heading back to Glasgow.

5.00My wife and I had a fantastic time on this tour. Our guide, Andrew, was very knowledgeable about Scotland and it's history and we enjoyed his friendly personality.He took us from Glasgow to the beautiful Isle of Skye with several stops along the way. We never felt rushed and was able to explore the stops at our own pace. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone seeking to explore the Isle of Skye.

5.00We loved our tour of Skye! James was such a great tour guide - kept us laughing and made sure to find some hairy coos for me to get a picture with! We had the best weather for October with very little rain so we were able to get a lot of hiking. Skye is so beautiful and it would have been much harder to see on our own. It truly was the highlight of my trip to Scotland.

5.00Enjoy a lot with Graham, a very good cheerful pro driver who knows Scottish history in deep. Cozy B&B was very clean with comfortable bath. The group was a good mixture of nationality. Strongly recommend! ドライバーのグラハムはとても陽気なプロのドライバーでスコットランドの歴史も詳しく、よく勉強しているようです。 B&Bは新しくとてもこじんまりとしていますが、とても清潔で、シャワーとバスタブが別れたパスルームは広くて快適でした。 色々な国籍の人達と一緒に楽しい旅でした。日程表にないところにも、可能な範囲内でリクエストに応えてくれました。思いがけずタリスカーの蒸留所のも寄ってくれました。 英語のokな方には是非お薦めです！

5.00There are not enough words to express how phenomenal this tour was. Our Tour Guide, George (tall George) was amazing. How can we say he was always on time and kept us informed, when at the same time he was spontaneous. His love of Scotland and the beauty of the land was interwoven with music, dance and humor. Basically at the end of the 3 days we were family and saying goodbye was difficult. We will NEVER forget George and his beautiful country. Every place he took us there was either a story that was mystical or factual, but always entertaining. Because of George, the memories of this trip will always be with us.

5.00Peter the tour guide was an amazing person, really knowledgeable, friendly, kind and also has the ability to make everyone feel confortable. He was also caring and attentive about each one’s needs, he was very helpful all the time. His driving is superb He worked really hard not to miss any of the must sees, besides some additional spots where the landscapes where breathtaking. A very important part of a tour is based on the guide, and he excels by far. His guidance was gentle, properly timed, comprised enough stops for restroom. The beautiful landscapes, the power of nature at its full bloom made Skye and the highlands a tour that should not be missed. Winter is a particularly different scenario, where Scotland shows its mighty look; this is something to keep in mind Make sure to get Peter as your tour guide
