Bamboo Eco Tours was really professional and organised from the start. Edison was very quick to answer ALL and many of my questions and so quickly. Being two young females in a foreign country we were nervous however he made us feel really safe and assured. Our tour guide Herbert was amazing! Such a humble person always with a smile on his face and always happy to answer all of our questions, the guy was probably tired of our questions by the end, but we had lots of fun together. The tour was such an awesome experience. We did the 3 days Queen Elizabeth NP, chimp trekking (Kalinzu) and gorilla trekking (Mgahinga). The tour and accomodation we chose, Buffalo lodge and Lake Mutanda was incredible, we would recommend doing it in 4-5 days so you have time to relax at the accomodation, we felt we were in a little rush as there was a lot of driving to do to get from 1 park to the other not the guides fault however. We learnt so much and had such an unforgettable experience. Thank you Bamboo Eco Tours

What an Amazing Experience. Gorilla trekking definitely on my top 5. Edison and Fred with Bamboo Ecotours went out of their way to ensure that we had the best experience possible. They were flexible to add some last minute changes which allowed us to drive through local villages, and explore Queen Elizabeth National Park. Our accommodations were perfect for the experience. Food and Service was Amazing. Even though we had to trek the Gorillas in the rain and mud, our tracker did not stop and ensured we got the experience of a lifetime. Service, follow up, communication, everything went flawless. Couldn't recommend enough. If you are contemplating Gorilla trekking, do not hesitate. Nothing like being a few feet from a silverback in their natural environment.
