I particularly enjoyed the hike down to Sangalle Village, where we got to swim in the pool and relax after a long day of hiking. I also appreciated that the tour included transfers to Puno, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this trek to anyone who loves hiking and nature.

The scenery was stunning and we were blown away by the beauty of the canyon. We also loved the hot springs at the end of the tour, it was a perfect way to relax after all the hiking.

We chose to visit the Colca Canyon on the recommendation of a friend who came previously. Due to we are not in an excellent physical form we decided to do the 3-day trek which allowed us to know the area without trouble and walking around 4 hours a day with the company of our guide Roy and 6 other participants. The transfer to Puno was also organized by trek the colca but the operator was the bus company Rutas Del Sur (both companies have an alliance so the price was the same). We are very happy to have taken this tour that allowed us to disconnect from the city and enjoy the beautiful nature of the canyon.

Coloca Canyon is a must do in Peru. The towns are beautiful, the Alpacas too and the canyon is just gorgeous. We spent 2 nights in the canyon, the first one in San Juan and the second in Sangalle. Both places are very nice and perfect to relax and leave the noise of the city behind. The last day we spent some time in the hot springs and then were dropped off in a bus company that took us to Puno.

I highly recommend booking this tour with these guys. We had an amazing time in the canyon for 3 days and our guide Omar was pretty helpful and friendly, he even let me borrow his pair of walking poles. The transfer to Puno was done for Rutas del sur but we booked that with trek the colca too. Good luck in everything!
