I went on the 3 days 2 nights Ha Giang trip with Big Cat and his crew (Nam and Ngoc) and had the absolute best experience !! They were very attentive to our needs, went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect trip. The food was great, the homestays were clean and comfortable. I 100% recommend this trip :)

We had the best 3 days ever with Serenity! The loop was unbelievable and the scenery was breathtaking. Tony our group leader was very accommodating, he took us to places that were more secluded to avoid massive crowds. Our group size was only 3 people so it felt like we had a more intimate experience which you wouldn’t get in the big tour groups! The accommodation at serenity is very nice, we had a view of the rice fields and a large comfortable double bed, perfect for resting after the long days. Shout out to Dong my easy driver, he is so friendly and kind, and also Casey for going the extra mile to make sure we was all settled into the homestay. Serenity is a hidden gem! Do not miss out on going with this group, you won’t regret it!

I had a great experience with fantastic drivers who answered all our questions and took us to great local spots. We avoided massive crowds and still had a full experience. Tony was excellent and offered to stop at locations for us to get great photos and made sure we had enough time and great places to take drone spots as well. All of our drivers were funny and nice. Also food was exceptional and as someone with cealiac disease Tony made sure to communicate with the staff who cooked it and to me which I could eat.

We booked the 3D2N tour through our hotel and it did not disappoint! We were with a small group of 4 so it was not that crowded. My driver was Bihn and I felt very safe. One of the highlights next to the amazing landscape and viewpoints was dinner back at the homestay. The food was very good and we enjoyed the evening with our drivers while drinking “Happy water”! I would most certainly recommend everybody to do this tour!

I cannot recommend Serenity Ha Giang enough, this was hands down one of the best travel experiences of my life. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised, safe, and genuinely unforgettable. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and the atmosphere they create. The group size is kept small (max 10 people), which made the whole trip feel personal, relaxed, and social without ever feeling crowded. The guides were locals born and raised in the region, and you could truly feel their passion and deep knowledge of Ha Giang’s culture, landscapes, and hidden spots you’d never find on your own. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking from dramatic mountain passes to peaceful rivers and every stop felt thoughtfully chosen rather than rushed or touristy. The homestays were comfortable and authentic, the food was delicious local cuisine, and I loved that they included cultural experiences with ethnic communities along the way. Safety was clearly a top priority throughout the entire journey, which made it easy to relax and fully enjoy the adventure knowing you were in expert hands. Beyond just being a tour, it felt like a meaningful experience, meeting incredible people, learning about local traditions, and seeing a side of Vietnam that most travellers miss. If you’re considering doing the Ha Giang Loop, book with Serenity. You will not regret it.

Me and my girlfriend had an incredible time doing the Ha Giang Loop with Serenity! The pickup and drop off were seamless and smooth, and the busses they arranged for us were very safe and comfortable! The tour itself was fantastic. We were able to have a smaller group for a more intimate experience and special thanks to our drivers, especially Biet and Bi, and our main tour guide Si. They were very entertaining and accommodating while being excellent drivers and great travel companions! The food provided was such a wide variety it was great to explore the cuisine of northern Vietnam. Back at the Serenity bungalow in Dong Van, we were treated to a luxurious stay in the middle of the mountains, with such a kindhearted host in KC. Special thanks to Minh Hang for helping us arrange this entire trip, everything was booked and planned for us and we were able to easily enjoy our tour, worry-free! If you’re looking for a tour away from the bigger party groups, I couldn’t recommend Serenity more! The people are so incredibly kind and accommodating people and their hospitality is so heartwarming.
