5.00Amazing experience with our two lovely tour guides Cat and Noi. They took us to beautiful spots and local shops which were not super touristic. Cat and Noi drove very carefully and responsible with us. The Vietnamese food was also very tasty and made with love. The accommodation we stayed in was quiet and clean, in the evening we wen‘t all together in town and tried happy water ;). The price was also worth it and the cheapest compared to other companies. I would do it again and book with serenity, I can recommend the 3 day tour to anyone who likes adventure and a really good time.

5.00The tour was very nice through the Ha Gaing Loop. The group leaders were very nice and hazarded. The food was always perfectly picked out and delicious. The tour with the guide Cat I can only recommend because you had to worry about anything.

5.00One of the best experience I’ve had yet the scenes you see on this trip or something that you’ll never forget well worth the price for fourdays and three nights and it was a great time with me and my friend. We met some great people along the way, and the drivers encouraged us to go out and explore. Cat and Tam were lovely tour guide and if you have them, you are in good hands.

5.00Absolutely incredible experience doing the Hà Giang Loop. The scenery was unreal — every day felt like something out of a movie with mountains, valleys and winding roads everywhere you looked. The locals were welcoming, the food was great, and the whole atmosphere was unforgettable. It was the perfect mix of adventure, culture and good times. Whether it was the viewpoints, the small villages or just riding through the countryside, every part of it felt special. The guides were amazing, very friendly and created an amazing vibe the whole trip. Couldn’t rate this any more.

5.00Sinh was a great leader for the tour. We felt safe with our drivers and they were very attentive and hospitable. I did not feel the accommodation, especially the first night was as good as it could have been, but otherwise we have no complaints and will miss our riders :)

5.00We had the best time with Serenity! Sinh was our ride leader for the trip and he was brilliant - very easy to talk to and just a generally lovely person to have with us. The other riders were also great and we felt very safe throughout the tour. Our group was also very intimate which I appreciated and meant we weren’t lost amongst a big group. The weather was incredibly hot - I brought a windproof jacket but hardly used it so make sure to bring your SPF with you! Would recommend this trip and provided to anyone considering doing the loop!

5.00My friends and I booked the 3 days and 2 nights trip directly with Serenity, which was super seamless. They arranged for us to be collected from our hotel in Hanoi, where we got a night bus over to one of the accommodations to rest, before starting the loop and moving to our main accommodation! There were only 3 of us on the loop, and we were all assigned a driver each, Singh, Nam and Bien, who were all so much fun and made us all feel so welcome. Our tour guide, Sinh was so so lovely and showed us all the best places which weren’t too touristy, and super informative, and really went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food was great, and every meal we had a mix of everything! The only thing to note is it would be good to have visibility on how many people will be joining your tour but everything else was great and I highly recommend Serenity Tours

5.00I had such an amazing time doing this tour and it would not have been same without Cat and the crew. The route they took us on was planned so well and the views were stunning. We also had a smaller group size which created a more intimate environment. I really recommend this tour group.

5.00It was an amazing experience everyone was super super super friendly and it was absolutely incredible. Quatre was incredibly kind witty and joy to be around but amongst that others such as Noi,and Zang were amazing to be around and dance with. What a fantastic group of individuals they have truly made my experience in Vietnam memorable.
