I booked the 3D2N Rinjani summit and torean route and had a wonderful experience. Everything was well planned from the start to finish. I contacted the company previously as I wanted to join a group since I was traveling alone and they managed to match me with other people. A special thanks to our guide Adi who made our time even more memorable, funny and sweet but always careful. I highly recommend this company! Thanks again 😁

Trekking Mount Rinjani was such an amazing experience! It was definitely challenging, but absolutely worth it. Rinjani Hero took care of everything – from meals to the guide, the tent, and even carrying all the gear – and they did an incredible job. Honestly, they made the whole adventure unforgettable. Highly recommended!

I just finished my 3-day, 2-night hike to the summit. Our tour began in Sembalun, ascended to the summit, descended to the lake, and then climbed the other side of the crater to the Senaru Crater Rim. From there, it went all the way back down to town. My Apple Watch recorded a total of 50 kilometers over the three days, with day 2 being the so-called “Crazy Day” with a distance of 25.7 km alone. Over the course of the three days, we gained a total of 3,440 meters of elevation, which is definitely not for the lightly trained. A good hiking experience and good physical health are definitely recommended here! This hike was my physically most challenging task so far. Rinjani Hero offered a truly unique experience for the group of us. The three porters, or as I like to call them, „the true heroes,“ carried all the equipment to cook and sleep, plenty of food, and water to the two campsites. Additionally, they also prepared the best food for us. I can easily say that I had my best Nasi Goreng with the best view ever on this hike! The porters also set up our tents, allowing us to have a comfortable night's sleep. Our guide, Nas, also did an exceptional job of keeping our group safe and ensuring we were always well hydrated. He made sure we won‘t get hurt and always watched our step on the slippery parts. He gave us the breaks we needed, but also kept pushing us, so we reached the destinations, especially the summit, always in time. He also had a lot of interesting things to tell about himself, the porters, and the hike. Thank you guys for this exceptional experience!

Had a great experience hiking up Rinjani with Rinjani Hero. Food was great, tent and sleeping bag good, could rent all necessary equipment and the guides English was good enough to lead us up the mountain. Tough hike (especially day 2 is a hard one on this 3D2N hike), but definitely worth it.

Had a great time with Rinjani Hero! Great food (lots of it too!), good shelter with warm sleeping bags and good tent. Plenty of opportunities to rent or borrow gear. English-speaking relatively attentive guide. Trekking up Rinjani is a beautiful (yet very challenging!) experience. Only for fit people who love to challenge their limits.

We did the 3D/2N trek and we had a really nice time with our guide Sapar. Sapar and the porters took care of everything to make it as smooth as possible. The food was delicious, tents as comfortable as they can get, and sleeping bags were really warm. We even got small pillows. Also the guesthouse where we stayed the night before the trek was beautiful, with a good restaurant, and we felt really welcomed by Kecap, the owner of Rinjani Hero. He explained every detail to us and was very friendly with a good sense of humor. The whole experience was amazing thanks to the Rinjani Hero team.

A huge thank you to Ketchup and our amazing guide Awal for making the trek to the summit an unforgettable adventure! Everything was flawlessly organized: from the comfortable homestay the night before, to the well-prepared campsite, delicious food, and the incredible support from our knowledgeable guides and hardworking porters. Communication with Rinjani Hero was seamless, and the pick-up and drop-off were perfectly smooth. All we had to focus on was saving enough energy to reach the summit! Couldn’t recommend these guys more for your Rinjani trek, absolutely top-notch!
