5.00If you want great variety, a not too hard or complicated journey, but still see so much of what Chapada offers, this was a great organiser :) I have played the drums before and will never forget playing the stones on the ground in the cave 😂

5.00Visiting Chapada Diamantina was already a dream, but experiencing it with Zentur made the entire trip exceptional. Beyond the stunning landscapes, what truly stood out were all the extra things that felt like real bonuses. First of all, all the guides spoke English, which made communication effortless and allowed us to fully understand the history, nature, and culture of the region. They were extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. Another big plus was to choose private tours instead of the group tours. That made a huge difference. Thanks to their planning, we visited places at the best possible times — fewer people, less waiting, and a much more immersive experience. We truly felt like we were getting the very best out of each location. Logistically, Zentur went above and beyond. They picked us up directly from our house, even though it wasn’t centrally located, which was incredibly convenient and not something we expected at all. That alone felt like a major bonus. What impressed me most was their responsiveness and problem-solving. On January 1st, when it was almost impossible to find transportation, they managed to organize our airport transfer— something that was extremely difficult to arrange independently. They were fast, reliable, and always available on WhatsApp. Every time I reached out, I got quick and helpful responses. Lunch was excellent too! Two people from our group even decided to extend their stay, and Zentur immediately helped organize additional trips, again guiding us to the best times and options. Thanks to them, we maximized every single day without stress. I would 100% recommend Zentur without hesitation. I would absolutely come back, and if I return to Chapada Diamantina, I wouldn’t even consider another agency. They don’t just organize tours — they take care of people, and that makes all the difference. 🌿✨

5.00We could only dedicate 3 days of our trip to Brazil to see this area and it was a success to hire this tour. They showed us wonderful places. You guide them very kindly and leave you enough time to take photos, bathe... without hurry as happens on other types of excursions. Super Zen! 🙏
