Our family truly enjoyed a 4-night trip to the Okavango Delta organised by the Safari Addicts team! They welcomed us warmly, and each day was filled with a variety of interesting activities, delicious food in perfect settings, and insightful wildlife observation. The immense passion and dedication of our guides to locate the Big 5 were remarkable — they never gave up, and we were lucky to spot a leopard, lions, and other rare animals. We experienced a boat cruise, a mokoro trip, day and night safaris, and a village tour — a comprehensive encounter with both the people of Botswana and its wildlife. The camps were comfortable, offering intimacy and privacy in the middle of nowhere, yet still provided comfy beds, showers, toilets, and the ability to charge our devices. The team did their best to ensure we got the most out of this trip, even during the rainy season when some areas were flooded, they always had a plan B. I fully recommend booking your tour with them, as it has the potential to become a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

We had a very good time in Xaxaba (Okavongo Delta) during our 3 days trip with Safari Addicts. Alice was very responsive and helpful to tailor the safari trip to our needs. We were welcomed by both Alice and Thato (our guide) at the airport prior to drive all the way to our campsite. The camp was very well installed and comfortable as well as good breakfast/lunch/diner prepared by the staff. We were able to change activities throughout the safari trip and would like to thank Safari Addicts staff for their flexibility. Despite that it was rainy season and that he delta is covered with tall grass (hard to spot cats), the team made it a great moment and we enjoyed very much whatever nature was ready to offer (elephants, giraffes, antelopes, zebras, hippos, birds, hyenas, jackals, etc.). We had a great time and recommend Safari Addicts from both a experience and budget standpoint! Thanks!

From the moment I arrived, this three-night safari felt authentic, thoughtful, and deeply connected to Botswana. The experience perfectly combined game drives, mokoro (canoe) excursions, cultural insights, and unforgettable wildlife encounters. As a solo female traveller seeking something meaningful rather than transactional for my first time in Botswana, I felt completely at ease. The team, led by Alice and Thato at Safari Addicts Botswana, went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout, with exceptional food and accommodation. Travelling in January meant no crowds and a fully customised experience. Knowledgeable, warm, and proud ambassadors for Botswana, the team made this more than a safari—it was an experience that stayed with me long after it ended. Highly recommended.

My recent trip to the Ovavango Delta with Safari Addicts was fantastic.Alice arranged everything perfectly. The camp is in a remote area and the transfer was a wonderful game drive . Sundowners and eating delicious meals outside over looking a huge bend in the river was magical. The tents are spacious the beds very comfortable and your own private shower area is attatched. No need to leave the tent at night. The mocorro trips were a perfect way to see the wonderful bird life, from the small rollers to the magnificent African Fish Eagles sitting high in the surrounding trees. Not forgetting the many Hippos who constanly reminded us of their presence with their unique sounding call. Elephants, Giraffe, Baboons and several types of antelope wandered by the camp and at night we could hear the sound of roaring lions. We saw the lions and more elephants and giraffe on both of the transfers also an amazing sighting of wild dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend or return to the Delta with safari Addicts , my trip perfect.Thankyou to Alice and Tepo for this wonderful experience

Unforgettably beautiful! Our days with Safari Addicts in the Okavango Delta were just magical. The organization was perfect from start to finish – Alice took care of everything with so much heart and even made a fantastic sightseeing flight possible for us in advance. At Bushcamp we were spoiled by Benson, Prince, Sam, Brian and Tracy – whether it was great food, exciting mokoro excursions or heartfelt conversations around the campfire. The whole crew was there with passion and made this experience very special. We are deeply impressed by the Okavango Delta, the silence, the wildlife, the nature – and above all the incredible dedication of this team. It was a highlight of our lives. Thanks for this unforgettable time – we strongly recommend Safari Addicts!
