We had a wonderful sightseeing trip to the Dades Valley, the desert near Merzouga and then onto Fez (2 nights, 3 days). It was an action-packed trip with lots of interesting excursions and stops, under the excellent care of our guide / driver Abdul. He made sure all our needs were met, was attentive and a very secure driver. He speaks good English as well as French, so communicating with him was easy. Would highly recommend this guide / driver as well as the trip. Our only suggestion would be to do it in four days, as for three days it is quite packed in the winter time when the days are shorter. But overall, a really great trip.

Wonderful experience! The tour was very well organized and all of the accommodations were quality. My safety and comfort was always priority, which allowed me to be fully immersed in the journey. A special thanks to Khalid, my tour guide and friend, who made my first trip to Marrakech one I will never forget. He is very knowledgeable about Berber and Moroccan history and current events. He was always professional, engaging, and most of all, passionate about the tour. I not only recommend Moroccan Travel Trips but also Khalid as your tour guide.

The most incredible 3 days on the road through morocco. We decided to spend a bit extra to have a private driver so we could stop where we liked and have a more personal experience. Drisse our guide and driver was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable about everything (not just morocco but the whole world) and knew all the sights we drove past. This trip involved a lot of driving and Drisse always did so in a cheerful way. The landscape changed so much along the trip, we said it was like going from Utah to Nevada to Arizona, but with beautiful villages and less tourists too. This is a hidden gem of North Africa and you HAVE to do this trip, you will not regret it. There’s so much to see and do, if you enjoy road trips, this is the tour for you! We had the best time, thank you Drisse for an unforgettable trip.

When we came to Morocco, we did some research about the language, food and culture about this country. Morocco also put its name in the worked map after the World cup heroics! However, this trip was a great way to understand this beautiful country intimately. We started the trip at Marrakech. Our trip was supposed to start at 8 am but our Touda manager was able to negotiate with our guide to start at 8:30 so that we can have breakfast. We met our driver cum guide Khaled at the Medina at 8:30. The highlight of our trip was to have khaled as our companion. We learned a lot about the country and the culture, the good and the bad in addition to the sites of interest. On the first day we went to Dades valley and stayed at the beautiful Babylon hotel for the night. We drove through small villages on the lower Atlas mountain region and Ouarzazate. On the second day we left early for the Desert. The camel ride through the sand to the camp site was awesome, we stayed at the camp where the everything was perfect. The sunset and sunrise in the Sahara was awesome! The next morning, we got a bit delayed because the ride from the camp (4 wheel drive. You can opt for camel ride back as well but we decided for a shorter trip). Khaled was waiting for us at the Riad and we started our journey to Fes around 9 am. It was a long trip and we drove through changing Moroccan landscapes of desert, mountains, valleys before we reached Fes in the evening. We would recommend Khaled and this trip to everyone reading.

The camel ride to the camp, watching sunset and sunrise in the sahara desert were definable the highlight of the entire trip! On the last day Khaled drove us through the changing landscape of Morocco from Merzouga to Fes. The color and the texture of the land changed as we drove through the deserts, cold and occasionally snowy mountains and fertile green lands before finally reaching Fes. Throughout the trip Khaled answered all our questions patiently and, told us about the lands we were visiting. I would highly recommend Khaled and this trip to everyone!

We booked the 3 day private tour after staying some days in Marrakech. As soon as we got into the car, the vibe was pleasant and with respect. You can clearly see driver Khalid has a lot of experience in his job of guiding people into the mountains and to the Sahara desert. Always clear answers on a lot of questions we asked :). Also, he has a lot of people knowledge and showed us the most beautifull places and spots. No problem to make an extra little stop for some photo shooting. What I really appreciated was the fact that we did not only got to see the hotspots, but Khalid also showed us the real life of the Berber people. Amazing trip that I would very much recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed a 3-day trip from Marrakech to Merzouga. The trip contains beautiful places and brings the diversity of the landscape in Morocco to the company in a pleasant way. All this was made even better by the professional, smooth, friendly and experienced guide who gave (extra) explanations with great enthusiasm and pleasure. No question was this guide too much. The highlight was an overnight stay at the Berber camp in the Erg Chebbi dunes of the Sahara, where we could enjoy the sunset, the amazing starry sky and a beautiful sunrise. Highly recommended!
