What To Expect
Experience one of the top-rated things to do in Destin as you indulge in fresh Gulf seafood, prime beef, and southern classics. Your dinner cruise experience begins with a stroll down the Baytowne Marina to the 125-foot Solaris yacht. After being greeted aboard by your captain, a server will escort you to your reserved table. Venture to the open-air sky deck to enjoy coastal breezes. Note that this particular activity departs after sunset. The Solaris dinner cruise leaves the Sandestin dock promptly at the scheduled departure time. Enjoy live music by the in-house entertainment while you cruise with unobstructed views from all indoor and outdoor spaces. About 30 minutes into the cruise, guests are asked to return to their tables for their three-course meal. Your dining experience includes a fresh salad, your choice of chef-prepared entree, and dessert. After dinner, continue to enjoy the live music which can be heard from all three decks. Don’t forget to visit the captain in the pilothouse, dance under the stars, and enjoy a serene evening of stargazing on the sky deck.

2.00A bit expensive for lackluster food and limited sights; We took our Family on the cruise. The marina itself is very nice. For the high price of the cruise, however, the food should have been a much higher quality, it was noisy, and there were no sights that we experienced after sailing. The wait staff was attentive and excellent, and overall well organized. We had wanted to experience the sailing, and glad we did, but will not return again.

5.00My husband sailed on the Solaris with SunQuest on our honeymoon. Every single part of the cruise was phenomenal. The staff was amazing. The entertainment great. The food was divine. It was the best meal I’ve ever had. We will be back!

4.00I want to start by expressing our gratitude for the overall experience of our destination wedding. The event was beautiful, and we appreciated the hard work that went into making it memorable for us and our guests. However, now that we have had time to reflect back on our big day and it has been more that little over a week, I feel it is important to address some concerns regarding the services that were promised and not delivered, as we had high expectations based on our discussions prior to the wedding. Below are some specific issues we encountered: 1. Chandelier Installation: We had paid for a chandelier to be set up, but it was not installed as agreed upon. 2. Cornhole and Jingles Setup: We also paid for cornhole games and jingles, which were not set up for our guests to enjoy. 3. Guest Book Location: The guest book was not placed in a prominent location, and when I inquired about it, my concerns were not taken seriously. 4. Transportation for Elderly Guests: There was a promise to provide transportation for our elderly guests from the dock, but unfortunately, they had to walk to the venue, which was not ideal for them. 5. Wedding Timing: Our ceremony did not start on time, which resulted in a rushed experience. This affected our ability to take the photos we had hoped for. 6. Chairs were not moved for us to take the photos as promised. 7. Silver Cake stand; we did not receive it back. We understand that planning a wedding can be challenging, and we appreciate the effort that went into the event. However, given the amount we invested, we were disappointed that several key elements did not meet our expectations.

4.00The meal and the music were enjoyable however, being in November, the sunset mostly before we even got on the boat. Would definitely like to do it again in the summertime. As we sat at our table for an hour after the meal, staring at the windows and nothing.
