Our guide, Prez, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and provided five star service. We did a scenic picturesque tour, stopped for a delicious guavaberry colada at the Pirate Hideout at Orient Beach, and finished off at the Rum and Reggae Beach Break for some quality beach time.

When we arrived at the port, we had to wait in the shuttle for quite a while before departing. Once we reached the business location, there was another long wait. In total, we lost about an hour and a half due to delays. Unfortunately, this significantly reduced our beach time at the end of the excursion. We were supposed to have a full hour at the beach but only ended up with about 20 minutes. Additionally, when we arrived at the beach, we ordered food, but many items on the menu were unavailable. The food also was not ready in a timely manner, and we ended up having to take it with us back to the boat. Overall, the delays and lack of organization impacted our experience and enjoyment of the excursion.

What a great way to see the island! Pres took us all around, stopping at numerous beautiful spots for photos and sharing the history behind each location. He pointed out incredible viewpoints on both the Dutch and French sides, giving us a well-rounded experience of the island. Pres was fun, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable. He also gave us fantastic suggestions that helped us plan additional activities for the rest of our trip — things we didn’t even know were options! Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the island in a fun and informative way. 😎

We were picked up at the cruise pier, taken to a separate destination to board the jeeps, and guided on a tour with several stops. Our tour guide, Alvin, was excellent! Very informative and conscientious about keeping our jeeps together. He was willing to take pictures and was extremely personable. We appreciated that we were able to leave the beach when we wanted to at the end and were provided transportation back to the cruise pier. Our only frustration was the length of time we had to wait at the front end of the tour before boarding our jeeps. It seemed rather unorganized at that location as they were taking out 4x4s, jeeps and others directly to a beach.

We visited St. Maarten in December (2025) as a family group of seven while on a cruise. Getting to the meeting point was a breeze. We walked from the cruise port to a clearly marked tent area where we met the shuttle. The van was clean and, most importantly, had air conditioning. Our guide, Chris, was amazing! His energy and local knowledge made the experience so much better. We toured both the French and Dutch sides of the island, stopping at several beaches along the way with stunning, bright blue water. Be prepared for heavy traffic near PJIA and Maho Beach. Seeing planes land at Maho was cool, but the beach itself is very crowded and not ideal for relaxing - worth a quick visit, though if it interests you. We ended our tour at the Blue Bubbles beach area. They had umbrellas, chaises, and water activities like jet ski rentals. The beach was nice, and there was a bar and local food available — I highly recommend trying the oxtail! When it was time to head back, the shuttle returned us to the port without any hassle. Tips for your Trip: Swimsuits & Towels: You’ll want to jump in at several stops. Water Shoes: These are helpful for some of the more natural beach stops Overall, this was a great way to see the island in a short amount of time. Chris and the Blue Bubbles team made it easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
