Our snowshoe tours offer an exciting way to feel the peace of moving almost silently through the snowy landscape. Location of the tour is one of the most spectacular winter fairytale destinations in Slovenia: Jezersko glacier valley in Kamnik-Savinja Alps, Karawanks border tour with view also on neighbouring Austria or Pokljuka platoo or Vršič mountain pass in Julian Alps.
All our guests receive the latest equipment: brand new TSL snowshoes and Black diamond walking poles.

What To Expect
Our snowshoe tours offer an exciting way to discover Slovenian Alps in the winter. Escape the morning fog in Ljubljana or Bled and soak up the sun and new energy in on a journey through the snowy depths of Slovenian Alps.Our knowledgeable guides are well versed in the history, geology, and ecology of the area and will provide commentary as you explore the mountain wilderness, search for animal tracks. Whether you are looking for a leisurely naturalist led walk, or a more strenuous ascent of a nearby view point, our guides can arrange it. A complete equipment, instruction and safety information is of course included. Snowshoeing is also a perfect activity for families (suitable for children age 8 and up).

5.00Amazing snowshoeing expedition with Rok. The scenery was absolutely beautiful along the trail and Rok was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly, sharing local stories and geological facts along the way. The hike was tailored well to our abilities and we had a lovely lunch stop at the mountain hut, where we purchased some traditional soup and homemade bread which were both delicious. Would definitely recommend this trip and thank you to Rok for being such a great guide.

Rok was an amazing guide, he tailored the route based on the weather and our abilities, we had a lot of fun and saw such beautiful scenery while still feeling we had done proper exercise and earned our lunch at a lovely mountain hut afterwards. Would definitely recommend, we had never tried snowshoeing before and this was the perfect way to start!

5.00I had a wonderful hike with Rok. He picked me up from my hotel on time and drove me to the first hut (our starting point) and briefed me on what to expect along the way. The scenery was amazing, and the experience was one of a kind. The route was challenging, but doable for a beginner with moderate fitness level. However, the fresh snow did not help me at all. :) We had to adjust our plan when it started to snow heavily when we reach our third hut but overall I really enjoyed the snowshoe walk. I highly recommend it, and would do it again!

5.00Such a fantastic day! Definitely the highlight of our trip. Rok was a great guide, he had great knowledge and made us feel very comfortable. He was happy to adjust the length and difficulty of the hike depending on our ability, and ensured that we got incredible views from the top and throughout. Would highly recommend the 3 hour snow shoe hike for anyone visiting the bled area in winter.
