Each tour is lead by an experienced Navajo guide, who is certified by the Navajo Nation Parks & Recreation Dept. and National Park Service. Each and everyone of our guides was born and raised in this Canyon De Chelly area, allowing them to gain a vast knowledge of its history to share with all our guests who visit this place we call home. As well as learning about the canyon's rich history, rock art sites and other archeological sites, you will hear stories and tales of life in the canyon and get a chance (time permitted and seasonal option) to visit our guide's families who still weave, farm, ranch, and continue to live a traditional Navajo lifestyle in this rural part of the southwest. We invite you to join one of our guides on a truly unique and one of a kind tour, and to support this 100% NAVAJO OWNED and OPERATED SMALL BUSINESS!! Ahéhee' (thank you)

Great guide, knew so much about the inhabitants of the canyon. Good humor and free with local recommendations. Highly recommend Beauty Valley Jeep tours.

Leaner was our tour guide and taught us so many things about the Navajo nation, it’s traditions, the Canyon, stopped at numerous sites to get out and get an up close look at cliff dwellings, hieroglyphics, and other natural wonders of the Canyon. He was incredibly friendly and answered our millions of questions. We very much enjoyed spending our time with Leander and Beauty Way Tours.

Very fun experience. We had a private tour and were driven all around Canyon de Chelly. We got a little bit of history, a little bit of geology, a little bit of culture. It had everything. I would recommend this tour.

We had an amazing tour through the bottom of Canyon de Chelly, led by our amazing guide, Sylvia. She had a brand new 4-wheel drive Jeep that she expecting drove through the deep sand and potholes that made up the canyon floor. A warning...you do bounce back and forth as you are moving along! Sylvia showed us so many cliff dwelling ruins, interpreted the numerous pictographs found on the rock walls, and gave us an extended lesson on Navajo history from ages past. It was way more than we expected and we were so impressed and thankful. It was a unique experience and so much better than having to just observe the canyon from the rim drives. We highly recommend taking the time to do this.

Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Where she actually grew up in the canyon she was able to give us an insight to what life was like in the canyon. We highly recommend this tour

Great experience with this tour!! We did the 3 hour private tour. Emma was a great guide, sharing many of her personal and family stories, helping us learn the history and appreciate the relevance of the canyon for today. We saw many, many ruins and petroglyphs. It was beautiful and we had delightful time. A highlight of our trip to the SW.

Recently took a tour of Canyon de Chelly with Beauty Way Jeep Tours. The tour guide Arianna was wonderful - a talented storyteller with lots of personal and historical knowledge of the area. The jeep was fun and comfortable. It was my first time in the Canyon and I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. The rate was affordable and they worked around our schedule. Excellent experience all around.

Leander, the owner, took us on our 3 hour tour and did a magnificent job in every possible way. He shared not only personal and historical stories, he taught us about the history, heritage, and nobleness of the Navaho People. He was accommodating to questions, very articulate and obviously well-read. We would recommend his company to anyone desiring to tour Canyon de Chelly. R and D Parker
