1.00The tour guide was a no-show. After receiving the ticket which included the meeting address and exact location on google maps, I waited there outside for 30 minutes looking all over for any sort of tour vehicle with nobody in sight. Not on the street, nor in the parking lot, nor anywhere. And when I asked for a refund they said only a partial refund can be given. 0/5 terrible experience.
