Discover the magic of Zurich on an adventure designed to let you experience the city like a local.
We begin with a guided walking tour through Zurich’s charming Old Town.
After a quick lunch we glide across the sparkling waters on a scenic ferry ride on Lake Zurich. Sit back, relax, and take in postcard-perfect views of the city skyline, and on clear days—the majestic Alps in the distance.
The journey continues as we head toward one of Zurich’s local “little mountain”, where a short cable car ride lifts you above the city. At the top, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views, fresh alpine air, and a peaceful escape from the urban buzz.
This tour is ideal for those who want to feel Zurich, not just see it—to move through it and breathe it in.
Per request, wrap up your city tour with an unforgettable finale—an afternoon escape to the majestic Rhine Falls, where golden light meets thundering water. A perfect ending that turns a great day in Zurich into a truly spectacular experience.

While strolling around Zurich's Old Town we will focus on Bahnhofstrasse and Paradeplatz which is Zurich's main downtown street and one of the world's most expensive and exclusive shopping avenue; Limmatquai - a vibrant, historical shopping, dining and hotel area with many interesting buildings dating from the days of the rich Guilds that governed Zurich until 1789; Lindenhof and Roman Baths - the historical site of a Roman castle situated on a hillside, from where you can get great view of Old Town; St. Peter Church - one of the four main churches in Zurich whose clock face is the largest in all of Europe; Fraumünster (Church of Our Lady) - to admire and learn about the world-famous Chagall Windows, created by famous artist Marc Chagall. Grossmünster Church - the icon of Zurich and the place where Reformation begun; Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) - whose most famous former student and professor is Albert Einstein and other 20 Nobel Prize winners; Swiss National Museum - history in a castle which houses the largest collection of cultural-historical objects in the country; The house where Lenin was living before returning to Russia for leading the revolution and overtaking the power.
Felsenegg
After the city walking tour, we will continue with a journey to the local little mountain Uetliberg or Felsenegg to experience a short aerial cable car ride and to enjoy breathtaking views. This is a popular recreational area for the locals living in and around Zurich and offers incredible views overlooking Zurich, the lake and the snow-capped Alps. We will experience a short hike on a special trail called "Planetweg" which represents our solar system on a reduced scale and will enjoy the fresh air of the beautiful forest before heading back to Zurich by boat.

Our day with Greg was superb. Very informative, very passionate about showing us his city and history of Switzerland - we were surprised how little we really knew. Excellent variety of walking, trains, boats, trams, cable car…all included. Very good value for money.

This was a fabulous experience. Greg was an amazing guide. One of the best I’ve had in my 3 months in Europe. He has a great sense of humour and conveyed his love of the country and its history in an entertaining and interesting manner. I had a great day. The group blended well and we all enjoyed it. Thank you!

I loved the arrangement to travel around Zurich by public transportation; it really gave us a taste of what it's like to travel like a local. Greg was an excellent guide who shared a lot of fascinating history and interesting stories about the city. The pacing of the tour was perfect—we visited so many must-see places without ever feeling rushed. Expect a bit of walking, but the picturesque scenery makes it completely worth it!

It was a great trip around Zurich! I really enjoyed the guide and learned a lot. I felt there could have been even more historical data provided to help round out the experience. Also the lake cruise would have been better had there been some commentary around it.

I have taken numerous walking tours in many counties, some were good, others not so much. This was an excellent tour! Strongly recommend Fazi.

A few hills during the walk and stairs, if you have a hard time keeping up it may not be for you but if you are mobile, it is a wonderful complete tour of the city with great information and stunning views.

It should be obvious by the name but there’s a lot of walking and parts are very hilly. Wear sturdy shoes.
