This is a walking tour in the streets of the historical center making stops in bars to have 3 tapas and 3 drinks (Bier, wine or sorft drinks) while you learn about the 3000 years of history of Cartagena.

The tour guide was excellent, food was subpar, and the last restaurant was too full, so we had to stay out in the sun at the second restaurant. The waitress at the second restaurant was very stressed and unfriendly. Would only recommend again for the quality of tour guide. Would not recommend for food.

Would give this a negative if possible. Stood around in the heat for over half an hour and no one turned up! What is the point of booking and paying in advance if this is what happens?

The meeting place was very convenient - just at the end of the pier from our cruise ship. We walked to 3 different restaurants while learning some of the history of the town along the way. Our guide was Jose. He was very enthusiastic. Only problem was he used a headset with a microphone and it was very difficult to hear unless you were in the front of the group - there were about 20 of us. The tapas were pre set selections and all tasted good.
