Once kitted up in lifejackets and having had a safety brief we will depart Torquay Marina and head along the coast stopping at secluded bays, rock islands and stunning coves. Be prepared for the moving bits to be done with astonishing acceleration but then settle into some witty commentary from the crew onboard as they showcase the very best bits of Torbay for you to see.

We will also keep a look at for wildlife along the way.

Raptor seats 12 people and we are on the water for 30 minutes.

Its an experience you will never forget.

Lifejackets are included and to be work for the duration of the trip.

Clothing - please bring a warm layer and/ or waterproofs. It is always cooler on the water.

What To Expect

Explore this stunning bit of coastline from the sea. We will find some coves, caves, islands, and secluded bays for you to enjoy whilst keeping an eye out for wildlife. Just know that all of our moving bits will be done at speed and have lots of fun. Minimum age is 10/11 years old. Must be tall enough to have feet flat on floor - inside leg measurement of 25".

Boat ride fine, I expensive but what I did not appreciate was as the comment re life jackets: don’t worry they do everything you need to save even if you wanted to commit suicide. I found this a disgusting statement, that should not be said in jest!!!

I really enjoyed the boat ride . The boat is fast and the staff are very well educated . I would say it’s must when visiting the English Riviera . You can see all of the bay from the boat ride .

I would just like to say thank you, to Paul and the team. Been on three trips this year, culminating in the Rapture ride. Brilliant and exhilarating, each and every time. Paul is an amazing driver, who drove the boat with great dexterity and care. Heart stopping and breath stealing.

After our Thames RIB experience we decided to try the open sea. (I love RIBs). This was not a disappointment! The trip started with a thorough safety briefing. We then headed out for 30 mins of high speed fun. There were blasts of fast power boating with stops to enjoy wild life and the local geology. The crew were very attentive and not only gave a good commentary but made sure everyone was happy and safe. We topped speeds in excess of 70 mph at times, but remained dry. It appears to be a very well organised and safe organisation. We would certainly ride again.

Blooming awesome!!! Fast, thrilling ride with excellent commentary and our pilot Paul was great. Meant to be the fastest rib boat ride in the UK and I can believe it!!!

Amazing experience!! Couldn’t recommend highly enough from the booking staff to the boat drivers, to the experience itself. Not to forget the unbelievable wildlife experience as we were lucky enough to see Dolphins! Most of all, were made to feel safe and valued at all times. Do not go to Torquay without experiencing one of their boat rides!

Raptor was phenomenal!!!! Absolutely loved every second of it. Right from the moment we walked down to the boat we were made to feel so welcome by Paul and Michelle, they are such great hosts. We learnt loads about the coast and the bays which was really interesting. The trip itself was brilliant! Fast, fun, breathtaking! Everything you would want from a trip like that. Would definitely do it again and I would recommend it in a heartbeat!!!

What an incredible experience from start to finish. The team go out of their way to find wildlife and are so informative throughout the whole trip. Not forgetting the absolute fun they provide. The whole team make you feel so safe from booking to being on the water. Nothing but fun, thrills & care from start to finish. Will definitely be back!!
