Maybe it was an off day for them. Desk was sweet and patient. The boating was odd; the shipwreck in calm water was just a drive by. We boated past the cluster of boats close to the reef and anchored a good ways off in choppy water, which was too difficult for an intro to Snuba by all but one of our group. Even the snorkelers didnt stay out long and didn’t see much. Just felt it all could’ve been handled differently. The kid did love the iguana island and the calm waters around it although only I swam there. Disappointing.

I brought my PADI open water diver with me from by 9/1/1996 certificcation. Suzanne is also PADI certified and we did expect to dive. Instead we did Snuba together and were pleasently surprised. We were free to roam on our own and Danny our guide and captain kept an eye on us....also got to meet Jo Jo the neighborhood dolphin, enjoyed Danny's historical prospetive of the ship wreck and Iguana Isand was a great way to end this adventure. I would lighly recommend this tour for both the fun, learning and diverse adventure. We also appreciate that Danny had the boat sign Happy Birthday to Suzanne and two others guests that were also booked on this adventure.

We signed up for this trip because it was a 12 PERSON SNUBA TRIP! 12, twelve. A small group experience. For which we paid a premium price. We got on the boat. With 12 guests. THEN the boat goes 1/2 hour out of our way to pick up ~35 more passengers from the Beaches resort who were going to snorkel. So there were 51 total guests on the boat. And crowding the reef. Limited personal attention as the staff was split among 51 people. Disorganized and chaotic. This is NOT what we signed up for. I loath these huge boat tours because there is such waste of time getting 50 people their equipment and in and out of the water. We would definitely have chosen a different operator if we knew this was the plan. Then we wasted another 40 minutes to bring the Beaches people back to their resort and return to the base where we parked our car. It was wavy/windy and we were all drenched again. Another waste of our time. Avoid these guys who took us for a ride.

Thank you for a super fun day! The boat and staff were amazing! We had a great day. The water is spectacular and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and so fun! Loved the music, snacks and assortment of beverages - the jungle juice was the best. Great mix of snuba time, sight seeing and exploration. Loved all of the iguana and even a shark! Highly recommend!!

Capt Manny, Dewayne, and Rushane were our guides on the snuba tour, we couldn’t ask for more from the group. Very knowledgeable and professional, while also being fun and entertaining. Dewayne guided us in the water and was very helpful with pointing out local fish and reef, and taking pictures underwater ensuring we got the best from our trip. We will be back!

Please note that kids under 8 cannot snuba. They did give me a $50 refund to compensate for it, Though I wished they put that on the ad. The crew was nice and the different places was cool to visit. Do Plan to spend more than the 3 hours because we had to transfer boats due to the amount of people they let on at the last minute. Definitely don’t plan anything that happens before 6:30pm cause you might not make it in time. Also, they are super strict about the medical forms - you have to write out legibly “No” to each heath questionnaire. I had to re-write 5 of them ( I was with my kids) twice because they said my “no” was not legible. The waiting time was also quite long.

Our Snuba adventure was everything we hoped it would be. We had all levels of experience for our Snuba trip and the crew (Rushane, Danny, Dewayne) was just what we needed. The views were breathtaking and would definitely recommend to others.

We took the Snuba/Shipwreck/Iguana Island tour. It was the highlight of our Turks & Caicos vacation. The boat crew members were awesome!!! Our entire family had a blast. The crew also took made an impromptu stop at Noah's Ark where we got off and played on the swings and trampolines. I highly recommend anyone visiting Turks & Caicos to take this tour with Carribean Cruisin... you will have an amazing experience.
