    - Review from Viator

    5.00

The tour guides/drivers were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. The sites chosen to see were amazing and were seen in a logical order. The hotel rooms were good - all comfortable, well located, and clean. My one complaint refers to the communication from the company. I would have to rate that as very poor. First, at the beginning of the tour, the staff knew I was already downtown Calgary. The staff had me going to a hotel near the airport. In the morning the pick-up for the start of the tour was downtown. I had to pay about CAD$30.00 for an Uber to take me to the hotel, which was totally unnecessary. Second, the emails from the staff were last minute and not always correct. It would be better to have the emails sent at least 2 days in advance as to meeting place, etc. Third, when I booked the tour, the site stated that pick-up and drop-off would be at the airport. I did not need the pick-up, but drop-off was downtown Calgary, not the airport, and I had to pay for an Uber to the airport as that is where I had a hotel reservation before an early flight the next morning. I would like to be reimbursed for at least one way on Uber as that made no sense putting me in a hotel by the airport when the start of the tour was from downtown Calgary
