Phenomenal guide but awful Viator

5.00The tour guide Wayde Fishman was absolutely awesome! The Viator company was absolutely horrible! The address for the pickup give by Viator did not match the hotel; the hotel was correct, the address of the hotel was incorrect. Our taxi driver from the airport saved the day guessing the name of the hotel was correct and the physical address was incorrect. We almost missed our pickup driving to the wrong address provided by Viator.

Very funny and personable guy. Would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone wanting to visit. Can’t wait to come back.

5.00Great tour! Wade was our guide. He customized it a bit for us. We loved all the stops. The jeep is comfortable and we learned a lot about the island. Wade knows little trails and fun food stops. He even took us for shaved ice!

This was the absolute best tour of our 8 day stay in Maui and Oahu! We will definitely do this tour with Wade again when we come back!

5.00This was an amazing experience. We got to see so many unexpected/hidden sites and areas, making the tour quite unique. We also had a wonderful guide and host, Wayde. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and fun! His stories and info he shared made it a truly authentic experience. Our only regret is that we didn't book this tour sooner in our trip so that we could have revisited a few spots or hired Wayde to show us more another day.

5.00Great views! Beautiful locations! Outstanding local food. Superior customer service. After the tour, our guide found some personal items we left in the jeep and brought them to our hotel the next day. Highly recommend this tour.
