Our cooking class with Anna and Stefano was the most wonderful experience! My husband, sister, daughter, and I spent the afternoon in their beautiful home, learning to make tiramisu and 2 different pastas. While the pasta rested, we chatted and had snacks and prosecco. Then, we shared a lovely lunch with Anna and Stefano. We left with full stomachs and hearts! I would recommend this class and specifically Anna and Stefano to anyone!!

Anna and Stefano are simply the best. From the moment you arrive, they welcome you into their home like family. We started with aperitivo in their living room — prosecco, meats, cheese, and the most incredible focaccia — while Stefano had the whole table in stitches with his stories. Anna floated around the room with effortless elegance, making sure everyone felt at home. Then came the kitchen. Anna is a wonderful, patient teacher who works with everyone individually to make sure they truly master what they’re making. We prepared tiramisu, tortelli, and tagliatelle from scratch — and had an absolute blast doing it. When we finally sat down together, Stefano poured beautiful wine and Anna brought out the pasta — made with her sauce she’d been preparing all day. It was some of the best food we had in all of Italy. The food alone would make this worth it, but the real gift is Anna and Stefano themselves. We recommended this to every traveler we met for the rest of our trip and will keep doing so. An absolute must-do.
