スマイルオーガニックファームでは、タイ料理の作り方だけを教えているわけではありません。私たちの学校は、美しく静かな有機農場と庭にあり、野菜を育て、ハーブを味わう方法を自分の庭で学び、リラックスした雰囲気の中で料理と食事を楽しみます。
スマイル オーガニック ファームは、チェンマイ旧市街から 45 分の場所にあります。サンカンペーン温泉の近く。学校に行く途中、地元の市場に立ち寄ります。チェンマイの田舎に住む地元の人々の伝統的な生活様式を見ることができます。
私たちは自分たちですべてを育てるオーガニックキッチンガーデンを持っています。健康でありたいと願うように、愛をもって成長してください。私たちはそれらを使って健康的なタイ料理を調理し、あなたの料理にも自信を持って提供しています。すべての料理はベジタリアンまたはビーガンとして利用できます。
教師は経験豊富で楽しく、生徒に個人的なサポートを提供できます。私たちのレシピは有益で、自宅で簡単に再現できます。生徒はすべてのレシピの電子ブックを電子メールで受け取ります。

What To Expect
チェンマイ市内のホテル/宿泊施設までお迎えにあがり、現地のマーケットへお連れして、短い訪問の後、スマイルオーガニックファームクッキングスクールへお連れします。 到着時に、提供するメニューを説明し、各カテゴリーで料理用の独自のメニューを選択できます。 その後、オーガニックキッチンガーデンでタイのハーブや野菜について学び、その後、クッキングアクティビティを行います。 カレーペースト、カレー、炒め物、スープ、春巻きの5つのカテゴリーで基本的なタイ料理を学びます。 どのメニューもベジタリアンやヴィーガンとして調理できます。 辛くするかマイルドにするかは自分で決めることができます。 次に、リラックスした雰囲気の中で自炊する美味しいタイ料理をお楽しみいただきます。 最後にチェンマイ市内のホテル/宿泊施設へお連れします。 参加者には大人料金（9～75歳 ） 、 来場者には4～8歳料金（4～8歳 ） 。 -9歳以上のお子様は、参加者として専用の調理ステーションを持つことができます。 -0～3歳のお子様は無料です。

5.00One of the best experiences we’ve had as a family!!! Natty was outstanding and both exist aged us on importance of quality ingredients as well as walked us through making our own personal masterpieces. She was kind and engaging. This was such a fun day!!!

5.00What an incredible experience!! The van picked us up from our hotel and we drove through the beautiful loco area. The property was amazing and had little kitchen set ups for everyone (kind of like a food network show!!) our guide, natty, was so patient and kind with us. We learned to make a curry paste, curry, spring rolls, and a main dish of our choosing. I could not recommend this more and it is great for all ages. The cooking area is covered and there are lots of fans going at all times. Amazing!!

5.00I recently attended the Smile Organic Cooking class with Natty, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience—truly 100000/10! Natty’s energy and passion for cooking are infectious. She makes the entire process fun, approachable, and full of laughter while still providing clear, professional instruction. The highlight of the class for me was learning to make Khao Soi SEXY SPICY. Natty guided us step-by-step, offering tips and tricks that made the dish come out authentic and bursting with flavor. She also shared stories and cultural insights that connected us to the food on a deeper level. The class was well-organized, hands-on, and incredibly rewarding. I left not only with new cooking skills but also with amazing memories. I highly recommend Natty’s Smile Organic Cooking class to anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary experience!
